I'm not sure how some people would feel about this, but maybe giving an option to limiting paydays to a certain rank and above? Maybe even possibly a certain rank or below... |

Does anyone ever have the PayDay option available? In all my years on MR and .org, I've never had a single leader that allowed the option of PayDays. Having also been a leader myself many times, I know that my first action is to ensure the option of PayDays is removed so that I don't lose too much cash when I bring people on board. |

That's why I was suggesting a limitation to a certain rank or something along those lines. I haven't seen the payday option in use in years myself. I would like to see it up and running in some fashion. |

Either way I feel the option of a "payday" has become redundant, in its original inception there wasn't really anything for CLs to spend their hard earned cash on. Now though most CLs have loads of BGs to maintain so their cash is much more valuable, on top of that they like to save up and help reward the members that have proved to work hard for the family, rather than allow everyone and anyone to take money everyday and give little back in return. |

I do agree with your points Fozzie, maybe perhaps the option needs to be taken out completely? As we both notice obviously it isn't being used. |

I have a couple of questions...
What's the definition of a payday? Why was it initially implemented?
I always thought it could be used by a crewleader to give new familymembers some financial help, so they can do more lucrative drug runs. From a crewleaders' perspective a good investment, because his members will bring in more money.
With the implementation of the associates feature a sponsor should be able to give a payday and not a CL. Isn't it the responsibility for a sponsor to make sure his/ her associates will flourish in organised crime?
Using the payday as a reward doesn't really make any sense to me. There are other and probably better ways to reward family members as a sign of respect for their hard work... |

I was wondering what the initial purpose were for paydays as well. I've been here almost 7 years and still have no idea. |
