Keeping this fairly short, perhaps there should be an option for "Favourite links". This would simply be an extra row of below the existing menu, or perhaps underneath the mail icon on the left hand side. You would be able to add your most common clicks like visit drug dealer, streets, take on a contract and jail pages and make them far more accessible without spending the time looking for them in the new menu setup (which I find myself doing now).

I also believe that the mail icon should be everpresent and should just light up if there's mail there (white/yellow for your own, red for your CL if you're a RH) but be grey the rest of the time. Just a quick cosmetic change that might improve looks.

Also, the first option regarding favourite links could be something that comes as part of the timers package, or could be a part of some new package that might be an option. Just as an added perk.
