Don StripheCorelli leader of The Career Criminals with the help of his Right Hand man @Stunning_SteveIV, the wheelman and muscle of the organization and his Left Hand Lady,  Littlebite the wildcard,  the inside girl, master of disguise, queen of manipulation, despite facing numerous challenges were able to infiltrate,  enabling Don Corelli to kill Don Nicolas Doom the sitting NPC Godfather of Downtown.

The Career Criminals waited for this well-deserved moment. Under Don StripheCorelli's leadership, the Syndicate became quieter and richer. He didn't shout. He whispered, and the whole city listened. He turned enemies into friends or ghosts, and gave members protection in exchange for loyalty. He was brutal when necessary, generous when strategic, and always ten moves ahead.

As Don StripheCorelli arrived, he was greeted with

Congratulations, Godfather-Chairman of Los Angeles,  StripheCorelli, may your reign be long and respected.

To the new Godfather-Chairman of Los Angeles, Don StripheCorelli,  your leadership is an honor to witness. Congratulations.

It was a grand celebration as others joined in.

But we aren't here to entertain your thoughts, we are here to celebrate an achievement. Please respect that. 

Congratulations TripeCorelli. Did you have to pay extra for the white knight or is that included in your regular payments to your owners?

I suppose I can be happy for him now I have lost my powers but before he was always moaning about superman and getting me to kick his ass so he could go with his life of crime.

Business meetings had kept Lena busy longer than she realized. She would not miss this party though and when she arrived most of the guests were well into the libations and celebration. 

Making her way to StripheCorelli, she clapped him on the back and shook his hand. "Congratulations on your acension to Godfather-Chair, Striphe! I am very happy for you and your leadership is just want LA needs. It makes me happy to see you in such a position". 

A waiter walked by with fresh drinks and Lena reached to grab one and raised her glass, "Salute"!

Catherine nodded her head along as she listened to the speech, but partway through got a bit confused so pulled out her dictionary.

"Perhaps the masses would be more excited and support this claim of "newness" if the family line could be slightly more creative with their naming of offspring? " Catherine said

As he took drink after drink and smoked cigars he celebrated with his friends and family but in the distance he noticed two homeless looking type by a trash can trying to find scraps of food. Their clothes were raggedy and the dirt and filth on their faces with little bugs flying around made a person want a shower. One of them was reading a small dictionary (Catherine) but she appeared lost just wandering around in circles and the other one drawing circles (Tictactoe) on the concrete with a crayon drooling on the ground in front of their feet. 

Great celebration here today guys and lets enjoy the festivities with over 3000 of our enemies around to practice on and more after. I am honored to have such good friends and mobsters working with me and excited for the future.
