Dynamite was nervous and excited about the big changes at the Paramount Hotel in Los Angeles. He started the hotel on his own and watched it grow. It acted as a front to wash illicit money for the Mastrosimone family at the time, with no "natural" income from the hotel itself, unless it was the Feds asking. He cooked the books and showed the feds fake business so they would think he was producing legitimate income.

After many years of business, the hotel grew and started to become very profitable off legitimate hotel income. He now used it as a front as well for the @Clampazzo family, known as the notorious Metal Mobb. Because the hotel was so profitable, he was able to stream some of the income back to the family. Despite the success, Dynamite knew he had to expand the realm of the Paramount because it had more potential.

Once the building was demolished by the wrecking ball, he and his hotel manager Jesse began to oversee the cleanup crew hauling rubble into dumpsters which would then be hauled off. Over the course of the next few weeks, the two would see the new framing being built to create the skeleton of the future structure. Contractors would occasionally ask Dynamite questions about the type of floor they wanted in various rooms, paint colors and different intricacies that would create the new venture's personality. It was quite fascinating to see the bland framework become alive with pizazz. 

Dynamite and Jesse got to see the new sign that would rest above the entrance doors that read, "Paramount Resort and Shops". Yes, the grand idea was finally coming to fruition. While the construction was progressing, he would need to call a few local shopkeepers to see who wanted to purchase a lease in shopping space that would be housed in the resort. This would provide extra income for the Paramount. He began to make calls.

As Dynamite stood in the half-completed lobby, he couldn't help but to reminisce. On this very ground, albeit the "old version" of the hotel, there were many memories both good and bad.

The earliest was a stroke of luck in not being in the wrong place at the wrong time. He remembered when he returned from a business trip to Detroit that a madman had left his family to go on a shooting rampage. He was told by a staff member that the assailant would hang around the lobby and kept asking when Dynamite would return. The staff member had seen on the news about the shooter but hadn't known what to do. Luckily the rogue didn't want to stay in place in one area for too long so he took off before Dynamite would arrive that day.

Around Thanksgiving, Dynamite hosted his family, the Mastrosimone Crew and other Ligambi Family branches where they enjoyed some of Billy's pasta, a secret recipe from his hometown in Italy. Oh boy, the food was wonderful and unforgettable.

Further down the timeline, Dynamite hosted a St. Patrick's Day celebration and invited all families to enjoy free green beer and a fun time. Many attendees came by and relationships were made through new connections. Some people, including Dynamite himself, had a little too much to drink but enjoyed an offer of a room at the Paramount at no charge.

There were many memorable experiences but Dynamite was excited to see the new project unfold each day. He would be ready to open within the week if everything progressed according to plan. 

He was also quite excited to be working with Fredo_Trapani and Babs, his highly-trusted Detroit associates who would be opening the Paramount Detroit.
