Theres’s got to be a set, coded bar, it doesn’t have to be anything overwhelming, but it’s got to kickstart some of the regular users into making more of an effort, we’re at the praecipe of extinction due to lack of ongoing interaction and effort, everyone’s apparently terrified of being made fun of for showing a little personality and effort.

So here it is, you want auth? I want 7 Threads* and 7 Posts* before eligibility, I want to know who you are and what the fuck you’re about before I commit to spending time and money on a character and quite frankly, so should you.

You want to play RH? I want 4 Threads* and 4 Posts*, sure you’re more in the shadows, supporting the plays, but somehow RH has turned into a way to hide behind the CL, you should be out in front of the CL not using them as a human PR shield.

LH, I’ll make this easy, 2 Threads* and 2 Posts*, if a CL can’t find a LH willing to put in this effort than maybe they shouldn’t be a CL at all.

Let me make it clear, you need to start working to achieve these positions, no more bold or slanty by not giving a fuck, earn your rewards.

The final caveat and maybe my favorite, if you want to maintain these positions and privileges, a minimum of 1 Thread* and 1 Post* per month, otherwise you’re automatically disqualified. Have you noticed once you’ve gotten to the top you forget how you got there? Not this way.

If this was implemented tomorrow most of the current establishment would vanish into the ether until they decided to pull their finger out and we’d have an instant shift. If you already qualify, congratulations you deserve your successes whether I like your methods of governing or not.

*All posts must be made in either The Streets or Business District. OOC and Outide will not count to these contributions.

If version 2 is being worked on, let’s at least approach it with some semblance of caring, otherwise we’re just transplanting this bullshit into a new framework.

What’s the harm in giving this a X amount of days trial at the very least if V2 is coming? Let's not go out with a whimper, V1 deserves better.

While I am always a fan of seeing people actually use the role play aspect of this game, this will just create piss poor posts and threads. This has always been something the few partake in and always will be. Even when BillyBathtub created a group of people specifically for posting there were like 5 of us heh. And this was during an age where there were plenty playing.

I respect wanting to see the leadership being more present, but that has always been a weak area for the mass majority. And forcing it won't make things better, you'll just see shittier stuff than we already have.
