Similar to how you can run a drug front or a casino, maybe high level profiles could run a loan shark operation, and you would have at least two CA's working for you.  You would have to have Godfather rank or someone with Godfather rank could give you permission to run the business on their behalf with split profits/losses, a certain amount of the profits would be lost because the CA's take a small cut and you would be able to set the interest percentage yourself similar to how we set crew taxes.

It would be their own money that is loaned out and if it isn't paid back with interest by the deadline all CA's working for the owner would attack the person that borrowed the money with a bonus multiplier for accuracy added and ignoring all BGs, to ensure a hit would be successful quite quickly. 

You would have to be a very high level/rank to own a loan shark business, and a reasonably high level to use the service, to avoid people making suicide accounts to borrow then steal money.

This wouldn't be done via bank transfers and player to player interaction it would be done through an interface similar to buying from the 'search for drug deals' interface.

Anyone have any thoughts on this, I'm sure it has been suggested before but I think i may have worked out a way that it could be implemented into the game.
