It had been a few weeks since the Mayor in Detroit had tasked the police force to put the squeeze on Don Jimmy’s operations in Corktown, causing upheaval and dramatic loss of earnings for the Ligambi Crime Family. There was nothing Jimmy could do, he had to eat the shit, and take the grief that came with being forced out of business. But he knew it was only temporary’s temporary set back for him, and his time would come again. Now was this time, Jimmy’s time to get back to business, The Business. 
 

At a luncheon meeting, Jimmy sat with his Boss, his mentor and confidant, Uncle Joe Ligambi. 
“It’s about time you get from under my feet, moping around my offices and establishments, feeling sorry for yourself. It’s time for you to move up, step up again and run your own things” Uncle Joe sternly told Jimmy.”I need you outta my hair”

”Sure thing Joe, I’m glad to be back running my own thing again, having my own guys to earn for and with me.”

Jimmy pulled his collar up as he left the Corktown restaurant and walked with a handful of his protection to a nearby awaiting car. 

“We’re back in business boys, we’re back” he said as he got into the car and pulled slowly away from the curb.
