These have been a dark few days for organized crime. Our much adored regime has been waylaid by the tenacity of my former imposter crewmate, Katerina, and the country is reeling from the ongoing conflict. Many of us, even those in the swan hunting profession, have been passed from family to family often unable to even sell drugs.

I have faithfully served the late, great Riina, then mighty Spacepole, where I no doubt narrowly avoided being murdered by Craven like so many others in servitude to New York for reasons as yet unexplained, and now back to Chicago with Spike.

Whilst we remember fallen superstars like Babs, a leader for nearly 5 whole minutes, and celebrate enduring warriors like MiguelMorales, who sets up for what feels like the 50th time to fight the good fight; there is a hole in our hearts. We need someone to keep up morale as the task to slay Katerina and her vile helpers continues. We need a name we can rally behind. We need a man who casts a shadow so large we can take refuge in it. We need the Teflon Don himself, a man immune to bullets and coherent sentence structure alike. We need, @big_jason.

big_jason, please deliver us from the perils of rebuild, the tyranny of the likes of EvilClown holding the coveted top left position and the influx of Hogwarts dorks. Consider this a request on behalf of the entire country (including Katerina probably), please step forward, lead a family as you have always been destined to and save MafiaReturns.

We need you. 

No way man. If big_jason is authed, there might not be room for StripheGotti or Joe-Ligambi to lead crews again 11 days from now. As a vampire from space, I can't accept that. 

We need someone of enormous girth, weight with huge balls to self auth a mafia basketball team. That would be a truly heroic move.  

SpaceVampire, credit for having an enormous moon-sized being tattooed across your face, however major negative points for trying (and failing) to concoct reason to try and stifle a big_jason auth.

I think the dedication Joe-Ligambi showed during his reluctant return to leadership demonstrates all you need to know about whether or not he should be authed again in 11 days. Obscenely low activity and zero output? Yes, he should 100% take over a city or maybe even two if the opportunity arises. As for Striphe, that 23 days of Godfather-Chairmanship still ticks every box for me. Give him LA again. Or LV. Is that still a city? Either way, he's earned it. 

But you know what we definitely don't need? Some big fat dummy who thinks basketball and the Mafia can be entwined. That isn't possible. Killing the loyal LHM of other Dons in your city and failing to give a reason? Strong positive correlation. Solid leadership credentials. Swirlies and leadership? Maximum compatibility. Legendary leadership behaviour. Basketball and jealousy of learned pursuits? No bueno. 

In these troubled times we need to put our faith in those who have earned it and that is the great Jason Alan poffitt Lucifer. PROFITT Incorporated. BITCH. Need I say more? Fuck Katerina. Spike make it happen.  

Can someone please drag big_jason out here and crown that motherfucker Godfather.

It’s not just a HQ, it’s an oasis in the desolate Detroit hellscape. Phones are ringing, money is moving, and abuelas in the back making tamales for morale. (Way better than that MarcoPolo Taco Shack)

This place buzzes with life, ese. Miguel? That vato ain’t just a leader, he’s a veterano, a jefe, the kind of man you follow into the fire with a -72 gun. 

I’ve seen more structure, drive, and soul in his setup than in half the cities on the map, no cap. 

To all the lost souls out there, I say this... come home. There's room in the car, the engine's hot, and we've got a map with only one direction, up.

Henry, thanks for coming out and pledging your support for big_jason. I know you didn't say that explicitly but it is absolutely radiating off you, as it is from all of us, so we can just tell. 

I'm also pleased to hear your strong endorsement for MiguelMorales and as he is on at least HQ number 3, I would expect nothing less than for him to have the structure down perfectly. He will no doubt prove a worthwhile companion for the great Profitt on his rise to the summit of the mountain. 

Simon, my feathered friend (Do you have feathers?!), I appreciate your keen ability to read between the lines, or in this case, hoover up the subtext. Yes, I am but a humble appliance, yet even I can sense the gravitational pull of Big_Jason's aura. 

And you’re right about MiguelMorales. The man's been through more HQs than New York has food health inspectors, but each one's bringing us nearer to the light. Riding alongside Profitt? That's a duo I hadn’t forseen and I don’t know if the streets are ready.

Now, MarcoPolo, my sweet, spicy sir, let's address this tragic misunderstanding. I did not, nor would I ever, insult your taco. I only implied that its flavour lacked the spiritual depth of, say, a Detroit alley dog at 3AM. 

However if I've offended your sazón, I apologise.

‘Pink pony club, I’m going to keep dancing at the pink pony’ could be heard across the nation. What started as a small rebellion, anger at the people in charge of this world for destroying this thing of ours, a FUCK YOU if you like, has turned into a phenomenon that has captured the minds and souls of mobsters from east to west coast. The result? The streets littered with dead Godfathers and Gangsters and everyone in between. 

Katerina picks up a blood soaked newspaper, it’s a small news outlet that reports independently to the country's monopoly, outside of control by the regime. The article titled ‘Regime strategy - Hide and Seek’ on further reading there was a quote from an unnamed source inside the regime. ‘The morale is low and everyone inside the regime is just hoping for that low chance that Katerina’s associates accidentally shoot her’. 

Katerina stopped to think for a moment, "How can a regime that had Godfathers and crews in every city across this nation have so little game plan and simply hope someone else does their job for them?"

Just out of the corner of her eye, Katerina sees a cockroach run across her feet and run towards the sewer at the end of the street, then she realised. Cockroaches have no game plan, other than survival… 

Crunch, a group of people stepped on that cockroach as they walk down the street and all that can be heard is ‘Pink pony club, I’m going to keep dancing at the pink pony’

Now, now I don't want to alarm anyone either… but cockroaches don't lie.

Katerina, you saw what you saw. And while some may say "it's just one roach," I say it's a sign of an infestation, and where did it scurry from? None other than MarcoPolo’s allegedly humble taco shop.

Let's call it what it is... biological warfare, wrapped in a tortilla.

Now I'm not saying Marco's tacos intentionally harbour miniature nasties, but I've been around long enough (12 hours) to know that when a street foo' starts whispering about flavour and then a roach makes a tactical escape from his kitchen, well, you start connecting dots.

Stay vigilant, homies. If your taco crunches twice, spit it out.

Henry sighed and looked on, in deep admiration he mused 'There goes Katerina, not a care in the world, like the pavement's hers and we're all just borrowing it.'

It is with great sadness that I have to report the tragic loss of big_jason. Despite surviving nearly 5 days of bloodshed, our hero has been gunned down presumably out of jealousy and a strong desire to at least get some of the girls for themselves.  He now decorates the funeral home more magnificently than any fresco Michelangelo could daub upon it. The man who succeeded in busting both mario AND PlayerCommission out of the slammer is no more. The fabled big_jason crew that we all so desperately wanted is, once again, a pipe dream. 

It is ok to shed some tears like you've caught a whiff of MarcoPolo's taco. My own resolve is on the cusp of breaking as I struggle to process the loss myself. Amongst the 31 fallen Dons from this conflict, big_jason undoubtedly stands without equal, head and shoulders above the rest - Soul-Hooligan? No thanks. tryhard FredoTrapani? Come on. The man has no rival and a light has truly gone out for all of us. 

I am now entering a period of mourning as I expect many others are. Let us try to be kind to each other, just as the great profitt would have wanted. Send those 30 shots back, Brother. RIP.

Admittedly big Jase copping a load of lead to the dome seems a poor plan but lets see how things develop from here in terms of gods plan.
