Ruff was walking down the road one fine evening when he noticed a man mumbling and being a curious person Ruff approached him. While trying to listen and make sense of what the guy was mumbling Ruff is pulled back by the arm. Ruff looks back and finds Marie who pulls him inside the hq with her. 

While being pulled inside Ruff keeps thinking what can this be about but deep down he knew what was coming. With the recent deaths and the streets being filled with people without a family it was time to do something about it.

Ruff is told he is setting up under Marie to help run things smoothly and to keep the mouths fed. Ruff had no choice but to say yes. It was time to step up. It was time to help the family and the city. 

So Ruff set up in LV under Marie under the crew name The Ice Box 2.0
