Its been a rough few weeks as Zelio Montego was in the old country trying to learn the ropes from people who knew how to run a city. Upon his return he returned to war and devastation but in the end keeping his head down he survived the battles and was presented with an opportunity. An opportunity of a life time that seemed promising so he dove head first. So you're telling me I've been loyal to people who potentially would of put a price on my head for no apparent reason ? Zelio shook his head and lit up his cigar he had prepared for such devastation. I honestly can't believe it and I am not surprised but that was the world we was living in, its time for change; we must do better! 

It was a long night and a lot of conversations where held. Nothing seemed as easy as a nights sleep when you don't have bullets flying over your head constantly but last night sleep was amazing. The city of Queens New York was in shambles, shit the entire country was but Zelio sees Queens as an opportunity to make change happen. 

Hello New York, Hello Queens, it feels good to be here today speaking on the streets for the first time. Now I know this might be a shock to some, or to many but I want to let everyone know I am here to help improve this world of ours. The way we have been living isn't it, the policing that was happening the past few months or even years is finally over; I can say that confidently. Zelio noticed the crowd gasp as if he doesn't have the power to do so but he hoped they trusted his word.
