Making his way through the streets of South Side, a once bustling community had been downtrodden along with the rest of the world these last few days. Bob took a deep breath and leaned up against a pile of bricks, hard hat tipped low, his once cheerful smile gone, replaced with a look of pure determination and eyes that had witnessed what can happen when a foundation crumbles. South Side hasn’t seen any construction since the incident happened and it was time to pickup his tool belt and get to work. Ladies and gentlemen, TomJoad has given me the opportunity to work alongside him in an effort to rebuild Chicago and I am pleased to announce that I have accepted. I would like to introduce to you: The Concrete Syndicate. The newest extension of organized crime here in Southside. We don’t build, we bury. Can we fix it? Probably not, but we can make it disappear. I would give you the same ol rhetoric that is repeated out here but I think my city head said it best. Just send me money and lots of adoration.
