Indifference takes a stroll through the streets openly for the first time in a long time.  Low and behold, the Tumbleweed slammed into his leg and hit him.  Not so long ago - that Tumbleweed would just keep blowing through the barren abyss of the streets with nothing to.

They were thriving!  The criminal underworld seemed to be thriving.  Diffy sat down at his desk and looked through the jobs that had piled up over the last few days.  In general - he did his best to get back to them and thank them for the work and see if there was anything he could do to help them find their way in the criminal underworld. There seemed to be an alarming trend...

"Hi!!  Just started here and I'm slowly figuring things out!!"

"I've been gone a few years and decided to join again and I was dead within a few days!"

"Looks like there was a huge war!! I just came back and was wondering what's going on?!"

Indifference rubbed his chin thoughtfully.  There sure was a lot of people who were just starting.  He searched through his ancestor's logs.  It seemed that there hadn't been a time in recent memory with so many people fresh to the shores.  

He thought to himself that it was a wierd phenomenon.  He'd better keep a close eye on it to see if it continued...
