Shane had just returned back to HQ after committing a successful bank heist with a few associates. It seemed like each one was getting easier and easier, a skill his old man would be proud of. He pulled an envelope out of his suit jacket and handed it to DarwinRoss. Darwin opened up the envelope, counted the bills and looked back at Shane with a smile.

"Come into my office, will you?" Darwin said to Shane. Shane had a great relationship with Darwin, was a good earner and helped to keep the family organized, so he wondered why he was being pulled in for a one-on-one.

"You ever think of running your own family?" Darwin asked.

Shane thought for a second, then looked at Darwin with confidence.

"Yes I do," Shane replied. "I imagine leading a family through thick and thin, earning money but also being there for each other. My mama taught me to always put family first and my old man knew how to take care of his family, blood or not."

"Good," Darwin said. "What would you call your family?"

Shane thought about his upbringing on his farm in the outskirts of Abilene, Texas. He always encountered rattlesnakes on the farm and knew how to handle them. Normally, people would get scared, but Shane knew that he had to tackle them head-on if he wanted to face his fears.

"The Rattlesnake Syndicate," Shane said, tipping his cowboy hat.

"Then let it be done," Darwin replied, reaching into his pocket and handing Shane a set of keys to his new HQ. "Make your father and me proud."
