As you all know, I have been declared the head of Chicago due to being the only CL left standing after the recent competetion. As you all also know, almost immediate following that, my entire family was killed by my RHM I won't go into that here as have written an article for The Bloody Tissue regarding it. However I am thrilled to say that the majority of those members children have joined me and together with them and new members, we are slowly rebuilding Chicago with great plans for the future. My family, other then a couple of members were not involved in Johnnie Reeses' takedown last night due to their young ages. I, however was and would like to explain my reasons for such. Mr Reese, may he and his rest in peace, was the force behind the Chicago competition along with Animal. During that competition I discovered that one of the CLs entered into it was being helped unfairly by Mr Reese, I also saw several lies posted to this community by Mr Reese in the aftermath. I myself was subject to some attempted manipulations by him and was threatened when refused to go along with it. All in all, combined with Animal's reasons which I will leave to him to state, caused me to side and aid him in this takedown. We will be seeing new captains and auths in the near future I am sure to take in the homeless, in the meantime, we have a few family leaders with some openings for newcomers to apply to. So, as Chicago rebuilds, the rest of our world will also. |

So basically after installing a RHM who fucked you over, you then sided with the power that won with the first shot so you wouldn't be viewed as a threat? Yes my dear your well suited to the kind of leadership that has been rampant for some time, the ones who like to hide behind the true powers and nod their heads hoping they won't come in the line of fire. |

| First off, I don't think speaking to a Crew Leader like that is called for. Second, without the facts as to what happened being you weren't involved, don't make statements such as "you then sided with the power that won with the first shot", makes you look rather ignorant. | |

Again we meet on the streets...again a leader makes a speech...and again someone feels the need to slight a leader. When will they ever learn? laughs and turns to Althalus Congratulations. She exits her car, a little red-faced and holding a potted plant. Alessia, I would like to apologize for my family member's outburst and let you know that he has been spoken to. This is not an example of what I want my family to be known for. Accept this plant as my belated housewarming gift. I look forward to seeing great things from The Windy City and am happy to see things are being rebuilt. |

As we both were saying in recent talks, this world has too long been used to and mafioso allowed to speak with disrespect. I am sure if we all work together, we can let all know it is not the way any more and will not be tolerated. |

Now that the issue of what happens to those who disrespect crewleaders around here has been settled, I'd like to address the more central focus here, largely the involvement of La Famiglia dei Guardiani in last night's war. As the Right Hand Man of this outfit, I would be lying--and insulting all of your intelligences--if I pretended that I was not involved in this decision. I'm not going to re-hash what Alessia already said. She gave her reasons for siding with Animal. I'm here to give mine for backing her up. First of all, she is the number 1 of this organization, and I am the number 2. Meaning if she says "go," and I say "stop," you go. Simple. But I agree with what she did, from a business standpoint. I looked at the scenario, and asked one question: was our family safer with Animal still alive and Jonnie dead, or vice versa? The answer, to me, was obvious. From a personal standpoint, it gets a lot muddier. Several of my best friends are now fertilizer as a result of last night's war. Jonnie_Reese himself was a friend of mine, who gave my late grandfather shelter, a job, and his button. Did it kill me to knowingly side against all these people? Damn straight it did. But the first rule of running a family--or helping to run a family--is that the safety and well-being of your family ALWAYS comes first. Business sense must trump personal feelings. So, in the words of a greater man than I, let the ass-kissing and abuse commence. |

now now now lets see what sort of abuse im going to obtain for this response business first, always has been always will be. I dont know the whole story, nor do i care to trawl trough all of the information in my family, and on the streets for it. I stuck with my family, who sticks with Animal. I dont know as if i had any other choice, ok theres a lie. i did have a choice, i could have disowned my family to go to the other side, or i could do what i did, shot a few shots, and remained true to Animal and my Boss; Skulls thats what people chose to do, and some of those people died whilst doing it, and here we are bashing them for their decisions... arent we all just a bunch of fucking hypocrites saying that everyone hides behind power. ITS THE TRUTH in life, on here, where ever, people hide behind others becase its better for them. whether you joined a family because of money, strength, or integrity, you saw it in them to be the most powerful, or else you wouldnt have done it *spits at the ground* there, now bring on the responses |

So true. Poor Dumont, rest his soul, one of the victims of vicious lies. Anyone needing clarification of what I mean should know that Mahoney was shot by Mr Reese, who then proceeded to blame it upon Dumont. Alessia, despite your betrayals of friends and secrets in your quest for power, I'm still glad that you are the lone survivor of what did become the bloodbath of Chicago. |

Steps out of a steam filled ally and stands next to telkin Yes, lies where told, but such is the business we deal in. Do you forget that we are The Black Hand, not average businessmen/women. We should come to expect to be lied too, and deal with them as such. People, you shouldn't act aghast that they where lied too. We are not honest businessmen/women, we are not honest people. Its about getting ahead in the long run. Mr. Reese tried to lie to get ahead, and I'm sure it worked for a while. But it worked itself out in the long run. And the world keeps spinning. |
