BillyNoMates was a mob associate connected to a Detroit crime family. His leader was widely known as SimonTheSwanHunter, however he went by several monikers by those that knew him. As a leader, he was known as “Simon the Protector”. In times of war, as “Simon the Barbarian”. And when it came to crew donations, “Simon the Ungrateful”. He had tasked his associates with finding a purpose in this life, and BillyNoMates was up for the task. He took his daily stroll through the scenic Detroit business district, gazing fondly at its architecture and enjoying the cool breeze that came off the ocean shoreline. It was during this stroll that he discovered his purpose. Perhaps the people needed a guide to the city’s plethora of attractions. Where to go? What businesses are worth checking out? Which places have the best customer service/meals/atmosphere, and which ones do not? “I will create the Mafia Zagat’s Guide to our business district” BillyNoMates thought to himself. But why stop there? Why not venture out into the world and visit all the fine cities’ business districts and rate them? “A fine idea indeed”, agreed everyone in the mafia. But BillyNoMates was not one to let an opportunity go unseized “I will of course accept submissions from business owners from throughout the country, but a nice cash deposit may incline me to rate your business more favorably. That being said, lack of cash donation may result in a poor, harsh rating.
