I'm not good at these situations , losing someone this important , so meaningful to our city , our world as we know it.
I'd like to say a few words though , I've always served under Civ from the very first day I came into this world , our city.
He always treated me , treated everyone with the utmost respect. I think he would've liked that people would remember him like this , like a true Civilian!
