| It's not points that you need- it's petty crimes. Once do you around 75 petties (which you do by clicking "profit", then "petty"), then you'll acquire your gun. | |

| The game does not keep track of how many pettys you do, so you will have to keep count yourself if you want to know how many you have done. | |

As Tony already mentioned, you can't view your stats. Its up to you to take note of the number of petties, jail breaks, kills, etc. No one really knows the corresponding points you get for the actions you commit. In this case, the notepad is your friend. |
