Problem: Rogue/Roguette breaks almost daily, often times in the middle of the night. We've all seen it, Rogue alive, go to kill it, says it's already dead. Major boner killer. Very celibate. 

Proposed Solution: Have HelpDesk, Admins, or a site-wide Vote determine a small group of people (3-5) who would be granted access to start a RAT pool only in the event of a broken Rogue/Roguette. 

Note - when the Rogue/Roguette is broken, starting a RAT 'resets' the broken NPC (I don't know the mechanics behind it, admittedly, but I've seen this work as a reset many many times). It also auto-kills the RAT in round 1. 

Pros:

Potentially much faster fixes - as more people would have the ability to do so. 

Less pings to Admins about broken stuff.

Cons:

Might be difficult to add this in for people without making them an entirely separate account solely for this purpose. 

It could potentially negatively impact the overall "RATs spawned/RATs killed" stat. 

Getting a group of people to agree on who should have this ability could also prove difficult.
