A stranger approaches Mia and hands her a note. The note says to go to a warehouse and to find out an encrypted message. Why not she said and gets to the warehouse. When enters the warehouse she sees a machine with headphones. She puts on the headphones and hears gimberish. The message is heard _......_......._ _ _ _ _ _.._._ _..._._........_...._._ _ _._._....._ _ _ _..._ _...._ _ _ _._.._ _._....._ _._ _......... _....._ _ _ _ _ _.._. _ _..........._.._..._..._.._._.._ _._......._._.._.._ _ _...._..._.._ _._._ _ _ _ _._...._ _._._._ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _._.._._ _ _._ _._ _._....._ _..._.._.._..._.._._ _ _ _ _.._ Not sure what that meant, she looks for someone who does. |

Well I was a morse code intellegance officer in the Army back during the big one. I believe it says.. War is destined by hate, greed, and guilty pleasures. I could be wrong but...aye! |

Oh you poor misinformed fools. "Gimberish" is an old mafioso word meaning "gibberish". In the context of the dots and dashes the message thus clearly reads: All this has happened before and it will happen again. The game is set to provoke war. Attacking is always an option and defenses cannot be counted on. Thus a first strike against any rising threat is the dominant strategy. Trust and alliances can last only so long as the cost of attacking outweighs the benefits. But as more players enter the game, the pressure for crews to expand rises. As rival crews grow in number, the threat of being attacked increases, and the chances of a minor conflict expanding into all out war rise exponentially. So the answer to the age old question, "Can't we all just get along?" is a resounding "Not likely" |

I must admit defeat, I cannot decipher a single word which describes where to find more information. Without that, I must say my efforts have been in vein. Has anybody else managed to decipher the eighteenth word? |

| I'm getting closer. I am curious, however, Mia said there would be another clue. Now, what makes me even more curious are if our efforts to decipher this code for her will be rewarded. I'd hate to spend my time and energy into something that is only for a pat on the back. That's just not good business. | |

Rubiki walks into the street corner from the darkness whence he came. He hands Mia Chang a piece of scrap paper, with many scribbles and scratches all over it. Obviously this paper was used a lot. He hands it to her, nods, and walks away. At the bottom of the paper is a few sentences circles seemingly a hundred times There is money stashed for the one who can break this. The money is hidden in a undisclosed. Come back tomorrow and I will tell you. |

Well Mia, I\'m one word away but I fear I shall never work it out. Blob6 did all the work and was killed before he could make out the last word, I do not have the cognitive abilities of blob6 and so, I am opening this up to everybody in the streets.
