Cory Chase was held up in a hotel suite in Chicago waiting on his boss to give him the go ahead. He sat in his bedroom, alone, drinking on a glass of vodka, and thinking about the future he hoped of always having. The news had spread quickly and it wasn’t long before he knew he would have to talk to the public about his new authorization. Nathan came into the room where Cory was sitting and gave him a pat on the back. Cory didn’t even need to hear what he was saying, he already knew. It was time for him to address himself on the street and let people know who he was, and what he was about. He stood up and places his glass down on the nearest table. Making his way out side, he started to brush himself of and tried to keep his focus on what he was going to say. 

He walked out into the fresh day air, and took it all in. Cory looked at everyone from the top of the hotel steps, making his way down them, and towards the street. Clearing his throat, he began to speak to the public.

“Good evening ladies and gentlemen. For those of you who do not know me, I am Cory Chase, born in Italy, and now here I am. I have been given the nod from Skorpeon today to set up under him in the city of Chicago. A blessing opportunity it is to serve under him and help him with his future plans for the city. I am looking forward to trying to help him in every way that I can, and to start something on my own at the same time. I would like to thank Skorpeon for giving me the auth to set up, and I know it will be a great step towards building a foundation in Chicago.

I would like to introduce the name of the family, The Fratellanza Outfit. Those of you wondering what that might mean, it stands for ‘eternal brotherhood’. That is the type of attitude I want to bring to my family and Chicago, that we are all brothers here, no matter what. That is what a family is suppose to represent and that is what I want to see to the fullest. Trying to get the most loyal and dedicated recruits is all part of it, so I will be taking applicants of all kind. People who would like to help us make this city shine and become the Chicago I know it can be.”

Cory stood there for a moment and took everything in. He looked up to the sky for a few seconds then back do and turned his focus back to the crowd. Smiling, he started again.

“If anyone is interested in joining me and The Fratellanza family then please feel free to send myself or NathanLance-Mariano a message and we will see what we can do for you. If anyone would wish to know who I am and more of what I am about, then I welcome you to find a way to contact me. Thank you all for your time today, and thank you once again for the opportunity.”

Makes his way up to Cory_Chase shakes his hand and offers him a cigar.

Miyuki was walking down the street of Chicago when  she heard a familiar voice. Mafiosos are starting to come near him to listen. Curiosity push her towards the crowd and was surprised to see Cory_Chase, her dear brother and friend having his annoucement as the new leader of The Frantellanza Outfit on Windy City.

After hearing his speech, I walk towards Cory

Congratulations to you Cory. I am very happy to see you as a new leader of Chicago. Knowing you, I believe that you deserved this promotion and you will be a great CL.

Miyuki then gives Cory_Chase a kiss on his cheek and went away.

Muloque on his back to his town noticed the changes, and realize it was  his boss getting his well deserved promotion

"Congratulation Cory, I wish you luck and well deserved"

He make his way to the new Boss and shakes his hand and offer to buy him a drink in White Horse Pub

Wraith was weary beyond measure, the past two days had been nerve wracking, to say the very least. Celebrating sounds reached his ears, as he was preparing to fly home to Vegas. Thinking that it was probably a celebration of victory, he decided to pass it by. A sudden outpour of "Congratulations!" confused him. Turning around the corner, he say a familiar face, Cory_Chase, announcing something. He smiled and quietly whispered his congratulations.

It is good to see something new emerging at a time like this. May your Brotherhood prosper in Chicago.

Wraith turned and continued along his original path, wanting nothing more than a drink and his bed.

Clay waits for his turn then approaches Cory, shaking his hand. Both smiled noticing a 5 star tattoo on their hands. Clay was happy for Cory.

"I came to pay my respect to the newest captain of Chicago. I'm sure you will bring the underworld to new heights! I wish you and your family prosperity! To long life!"

He raises his glass to Cory Chase

Longone stepped forward to congratulate a man, he had worked under in The Cold World Inc.

Congratulations Cory. I wish you all the best and I hope that your Family will prosper.

Maggie smiled at the man who had taken her in under his wing, "I wish you the best of luck in the future." she told him before coming forward to shake his hand. "I hope now that you're a leader you don't become a stranger though." she added with a chuckle.
