An exhausted Donnie plods through the street to find a corner. As ragged and sleep deprives as he was the last thing he wanted to do was deliver a speech but it appeared to be necessary at this time. Reaching a busy street corner Donnie climbed up onto a nearby fruit cart.

These were unnecessary deaths of two members of New York that were clearly tagged. Let me make it clear that it is expected that all members of Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, and Detroit that are tagged should remain untouched for 7 days. Changes to the current Godfather Council rules may be in the works but until they are announced the previous set of rules are still being enforced. Thank you.

Just out of interest, can I enquire as to whether this only applies to the tagged members of those cities you mentioned? Because I know of a few people who did return to their former family in Philadelphia before the fall of CorbinRussell who tagged themselves. Because the city fell, does that make them fair game? I am not attacking your statement at all, I am merely curious as to where the chips fall on those particularly tagged former members.

Anything from the home cities or Philadelphia and New Orleans is fair game unless they've found a new home.
