(I don't believe that 'who is on top' is relevant for this at all). Currently we get a mobmail for:

Broadcast to Main:
The only Rank that we are not alerted for in any form is Don. People often don't realize they've gotten the promotion until they check their profile, get a congrats mail, or claim a credit. I suggest simply adding in a Personal alert for this promotion. |
