The building had been cleared and the office had been reorganised. Jack arrived back on the six o'clock flight and sat down in the plush leather chair behind his desk. Taking his finest fountain pen and the thick cartridge paper he wrote a formal announcement to be mailed to the other leaders and trusted members. He closed the envelopes and placed on them, a formal red wax stamp.

Getting up from his desk he gathered the letters and walked out past ParanoidFreak who was busily organising the secretaries of the Imports company. Jack handed the mail to Para and headed out into the street. In the nearby square he spent so much to be protected from the cops, he gathered the local mob community. Standing on some steps he drew all around before removing a copy of the letter from his jacket.

Hello again one and all. I have an announcement to make.

This day I have been in Las Vegas having legthy discussions. My Left Hand Donnie_Dumphy and myself spent several hours with PoisonousJelly and DeadlySin discussing their positions, their wishes and the future of that city. They had suggestions as did we. After much discussion we have reached the following conclusions:

First!
I would like to thank the city of Las Vegas for their efforts in helping us with the war. It took considerable guts to join in and risk everything to help take down New Orleans and Philly. They asked for nothing and gave everything. Their contribution was magnificent. My thanks and the thanks of all who survived the war, go to them for their pivotal participation.

Secondly:
The Las Vegas Experiment will be ended.
As much as everyone participating in the project was happy with the situation and content to carry on, the massive losses experienced around the country have left huge wholes in the fabric of our community. As such we need to repopulate and develop fallen cities. Because of this we will end the experiment at this time. It is possible in the future that another such experiment may take place but for now, we must unify and focus on more collective goals.

Thirdly:
DeadlySin will be leaving Las Vegas. He will take his family and travel to the city of Philadelphia. There he will assume his role as head of the city and acting Godfather, until such time as the rank itself can be bestowed upon him. My wholehearted support and congratulations go to DeadlySin for this. I think all can agree that his conduct and prowess as a highly capable leader has been displayed time and again in recent times. A finer individual and more credible mobster, we would struggle to find. Congratulations go to him and his family.

Lastly:
PoisonousJelly will assume control of Las Vegas. As a naturalized city, it will now operate as any other and function under the same collective rules as all others. As such PoisonousJelly will adopt the role of acting Godfather until such time as the rank itself can be bestowed upon him. PoisonousJelly's bloodline and history make it difficult to dispute his credentials as an ideal candidate for this role. Quite apart from his skill in handling thieving monkeys by the score, he has Las Vegas in his bones and will work tirelessly to develop and control that city as the thriving hub of gambling it should be. He and his family have my warmest congratulations.

Folding up the paper he placed it back in his jacket and looked back at the crowd.

As the days and weeks continue, there will be further developments and as decisions are made, you will all be informed. For now, please join me in congratulating our leaders in their new roles and help support them as they work for the good of us all.

Jack stepped down and took a seat by a nearby cafe.

Congratulations to both DeadlySin and PoisonousJelly on their new roles. I am sure they will both do great.

Very well deserved for both men. Though I'm not long in this world myself, I've read of your efforts in Las Vegas and I know that both of you will prosper in your new found roles.

Much has been said before about DeadlySin and how he was given the chance to run his family in Vegas, he owes no-one anything for that chance and has proved himself worthy of his own city and I look forward to watching Philly grow under his guise.

I am course a little tiny bit biased toward PoisonousJelly, what with him being my boss and all, but I assure you that I wouldn't hesitate to praise him should I reside in another city than Vegas. He has been excellent for Vegas since he built his Fort and I look forward to watching and helping as now makes Vegas his own!

Once again, congratultions to both me and thank you to Godfather JackPepper for taking the time to announce these changes to us.

Wraith smiled upon hearing that the Las Vegas experiment was over. While it had presented unique opportunities in it's own way, the city had been steadily stabilizing over the last few weeks. It was now time for Vegas to enter normality again, and be acknowledged as a true city.

Congratulations to both my leader DeadlySin, and PoisonousJelly for their work over the past few weeks. Now it is time to rebuild and build ties that are of a friendly nature. I look forward to seeing the changes in these cities over the past few weeks. And thank you, JackPepper, for making the announcements in such quick time.

Congratulations to DeadlySin, and Poisonousjelly, My blood line hasn't had the honor of meeting you but I am sure that you two will lead your cities well.

KissTheSky listened intently as the Godfather spoke. Her bloodline had been working in Vegas for quite some time and she was very excited to hear of the opportunity that was being given to both DeadlySin and PoisonousJelly.

I cannot agree more here. The experiment, while having negatives to it, also had many positives, but it is time for more stability after everything we've been through. Congratulations to both of you for this opportunity. I have absolutely no doubts whatsoever that both of you will raise up fine cities. It has been a pleasure having the opportunity to work alongside both men in Las Vegas. Now I'm extremely excited to begin this new adventure with my awesome leader in Philly. Now if you'll excuse me, I believe I have some packing to do!

KissTheSky turned around and hurried off, thinking that she might stop along the way and get a new outfit. For the move of course...

Capengo walks into the room and looks over to his right  upon the faces of all the future leaders of philadelphia and standing before them all tall and proud is DeadlySin.he walks over shortly and before him DeadlySin lifts his Right Hand..capengo leans and kisses his ring whispering "Godfather".He then continues to lean as he backs away in a bowing stance until he finally reaches the door, then he leaves peacefully

Valmont handed his driver a peice of paper with an adress on it. He had gotten news form Jack that he would be making a speech today and wanted to be in atendance. After some time the driver finally brought him to the location. A local street in L.A. that he loved to frequent whnever he was in the area. Indeed L.A. had been doing much better recently than it had been in past year and it was rumored that JackPepper had started reviving the city and making some money by getting into the new Moving Picture industry. Valmont himself had always been a fan, ever since he saw "The Great Train Robbery" and "A Trip to the Moon" from the genious toymaker Melies as a boy. The effort seamed to be working he noted as the streets were notably more lavish than his last visit several months ago. 

Finaly arriving at the right corner, Valmont exits his vehicle and joined the ranks of several other mafiosi in the community, listening to the speech. At the end of it, he speaks giving his two cents.

I must say that this is great news Jack, from what I have seen with my dealings thus far Deadlysin and PoisonousJelly are both very capable individuals. I have no doubt that the both of them will do great in their respective citys building magnificent foundations that will make our community thrive. I can not wait for the rebuilding effort that will be seen in the comming weeks fromt the several cities left standing. I am sure that as time passes this community will see a flurish of grit and steal that will bring it to the forfront of all civilizations come and past on our shore. With hard work and effort, we can creat a decand that will be talked about for years to come.

DeadlySin, my family line recalls your bloodline from so far back I can’t even tell you when it was my forefathers exactly ran into your magnificent bloodline, though our ancestors have not had the best of chances to work along side one another they always held this name in high respects. What you have done in LV is nothing short of incredible, my grandfather, to my father, to myself was always hoping that LV would one day get a Godfather out of this so called “competition”. Many great leaders have come and gone through this city, I think JackPepper has made the best decision at this time as we need to see great leaders such as yourself be given that proper chance, and to see your most recent achievement to move to Philly and make it your own only fills me with complete joy.

Do I even need to say that I know you and your family will do great things in the great city of Philadelphia?

After the unity you have brought into this competition in LV in the past while, and everything you have done to pull through this massive war I would only think above anything, you guys deserve this more then ever. PoisonousJelly, another name my family line has remembered from so far back, your bloodline has done so many great things for this thing of ours as community as a hole, always a name that should be given great respects to. My journals go so far back to when my first ancestors entered this line of work even when they had little understanding about this thing of ours your bloodline was in high respects and nothing has changed in my mind to this day, to see someone of your stature finally take the city that never sleeps only brings be happiness. You have earned this through your hard work in LV, and as said to DeadlySin, do I even mention it? But I think I will, you will do great I have no doubts.

With this being said we couldn’t have a better set of leaders come as set into this rebuilding stage we are in, for you both know first hand what its all about after everything you have gone through in LV over the past while. You have lost some good men there due to some crazy misfortunes, these particular leaders watched out for one another and still made everything possible to make a great city in the competition stage, I always viewed LV as there own since the stability the city has had un questionable, im so happy to see that its now official.

JackPepper, I hate to be cheesy here but with great power comes great responsibility, today you made a choice that I believe many will love and honor for many days to come.

Congratulations both DeadlySin and PoisonousJelly on your newly titled citys! From what I was able to see in crossfire you both did a excellent job at getting your targets and keeping yourself alive along with your familys. Two brave men who went out on a limb and helped a big part in this war. You both are well earned this and you don't need to hear it from me to know it.  I wish DeadlySin the best of luck in his move to philly. I also look forward to seeing PoisonousJelly take the reigns of las vegas.
