I would like a toggle under profile options that I can choose if I want to be available to be a hand for a crewleader or not. 

And While I do agree with you - this is much more of a "I either screw over my friend, or I screw over myself" situation. This kinda makes it not fun because I like my current character, but I don't have the time or desire to be a hand.

Because the options are: 

• Be a good hand (What I normally do) 
• Be a bad hand (What I am incapable of doing) 
• Drop & get killed
• Suicide
• Fuck shit up for CL and be killed/suicide

This is the only thing in game where if you do not want to do it there is nothing but negative outcomes, and no way to pretend you've not been asigned as one because you can't turn off the CLs mail popups.

I will continue to find this hill, and die upon it. 

How often are people appointed with zero consultation? Seems like this is probably more the exception than the rule although I wouldn't necessarily be against some type of consent on behalf of the selected i.e. "Do you accept the position of Hitlist Watcher with Big Si's crew?" in your personals. 

It's happened at least 3 times, and one of them I had never even spoken to my god damn CL on that run.

I have said no, I did ask to be removed, and nothing changed. Perhaps I am truly a unique person around here, it just irks me that the outcomes are to suck it up or fuck it up, and no middle ground where I'm even mildly happy.
