Blob, May i take this opportunity to ask, Are you trying to test the 48 hour rule to within inches of its limits? I see that you are in you sixth incarnation now, and as far as i can see, have made little attempt to find yourself shelter, if you goal is; To raise awareness of under 48 hr killings, while the CL's and RH's are pretty much on top of this, it does not hurt to be reminded once in a while that we need to look and enforce this rule. If your goal is to goad people in to shooting you before your 48 hr grace, then in this you may well succeed , there are always trigger happy individuals that will think they can get away with it and in turn are punished swiftly and severely. What ever your goal, please make a decision, 6 generations into your family line, you sureley must not wish to put your lineage through another funeral. While war was ravaged these shores the past few day's there is still space in the estimeed's CL's HQ's for you to join. Anyone that shows a little bit of character and willingness can find shelter, wondering homeless through our shores dodging bullets is no way to live. |

I'm much the same as Iris. If the under 48 has attacked someone, or is simply doing nothing to show their ambition to be a productive member of society, then they are fair game. But if the under 48 is an innocent, and I have solid proof that one of my members shot them, then it does not matter if they are a stranger to me, my best friend, or my mother. They will be dealt with, harshly. |

pyscochef, One of the first blobs, I would need to go back through the piles of paperwork that has amassed during these experiments to find out which one, had wanted to investigate deeply into not just the forty eight hour rule, but into death in general. Morbid curiosity which obviously proved to be his undoing. However there are a great many experiments which are being conducted at this time. If I am honest, there have been attempts by some of the blobs to find shelter, however, being scientists, they have required to investigate further into the workings of each Family in order to make a full and proper decision. In each case, the time they have had has not been sufficient, or they have decided that the Family they thought would be a good place to set up a permanent workshop has actually not been the right decision. Blob5 came out and openly asked each Family head in the street to say what it was that set them apart from the rest, why should anybody, not just a blob, join them over another Family. However none of the Family heads came out to the streets to speak on this, and the only speaker of note was FlyingPig, who really doesn\'t like blobs, and as such, did not provide much of an answer, more of a rant. My goal is not to goad people into shooting myself nor to test the limits of this rule, and as I am sure all Family heads are now aware, swift punishment isn\'t always the way people are treated when the break a rule. Striphe summed that one up pretty well, it\'s not what you know, it\'s WHO you know that counts. A funeral for myself only offers another fellow scientist the opportunity to play about with my insides in hopes of unlocking more secrets about our bodies, and allows another blob to come out and thrive, if only for a short period. I am sure there will be a blob, maybe even myself, who will come out and find a Family, but until then, I guess one thing is certain, and that is death. ~blob6 |

Daera, congratulations on your new position, you must be very busy. Thank you for coming out and speaking here, may I ask, do you believe the blobs have been productive members of society? I know there are many who do not believe so, but if you wouldn\'t mind, I would like to know what you think. It is however good to know your stance on under forty eight hour killings, it is unfortunate there is still one Family head who has not come out and told us his thoughts. ~blob6 |

Productive? I don't know. From what I've seen, the blobs haven't been active in trying to find families and survive, but I'm the new kid on the block, and I'll admit I've not seen it all. You've certainly been entertaining and interesting, and I wouldn't - personally - try to kill you because of that, but if someone were to and you've not made an effort to find a home, it'd be hard to find a reason to punish them. |
