Not long into the April Fools war and having already been awake for nearly twenty four hours, Carlo was about to go and get a short rest when news reached him that his crew leader Trunks had been killed. Having only served Trunks as his right-hand man for a matter of days, Carlo was asked to set up in New York by it's Godfather Clarity.

Devastated by the news, Carlo set up and did exactly what his Godfather asked. Not long after that, New York lost another crew leader Xiphos which was then later followed by a third, Jordan. It was clear this war was not going to plan and something had to change. Unfortunately however it didn't and shortly after that Clarity was killed. All of the New York leadership that started the war had now been killed and with it far from being over things were not looking too good.

With the help of friends from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Detroit and Chicago, everyone eventually pulled together and saw the war out to the end. All cities had suffered severe damage, but none as devastating as New York had. The war was now finally over, however there was still no time to rest for Carlo. With him being the only crew leader in New York left standing, it was now down to him to start the enormous project of rebuilding the city back to it's former glory.

With fresh faces coming in left, right and centre looking for work, space within the Unholy Union was quickly running out. With no other option Carlo announced his first auth Fist-O-Pain on his path to restoration. As a stroke of luck, Carlo and Fist had become good friends from their time spent in New York working under Clarity and Jordan respectively and now faced the huge task of rebuilding together.

The amount of new faces pouring in however didn't just stop there. Less than 24 hours after setting up, space within the Brooklyn Goons headquarters was also quickly running out, and with that saw Carlo's second auth Zmei set up. It was also now agreed that there would be no further auths within the city for the foreseeable future as all efforts would be solely on reuniting and allowing the rebuilding process to flourish.

It was a long, harsh war my friend, both sides took many losses and im glad to see that you had made it through, I know my father and I know he is smiling looking down on us right now.

Though we have a lot of rebuilding to do, and can assure there will be some bumps along the way I can say that I have complete confidence if we work together we can achieve these goals. First and far most I would have to say it is important that all the new faces that have come to us after and returning New York members get settled in, have a chance to make there name here or for the returning members have a chance to meet some of there new co-workers, and of course properly move up through the ranking system as any good, hard working individual should.

Its going to be a blast my friend, and I am looking forward to some great times.

Mortane walks to see carlo , the new head of newyork , talking about the events of rebuilding newyork and mortane goes to say

'My father was killed in that bloody war , he was a high ranked member among the xiphos crime family , it was a hell of a war , alot of good men and women lost there lives those days and nights , i wish you all in newyork the best and fast rebuilding!'

Mortane prays to the fallen soldiers on all sides before getting in his car and driving home.

It has been a long past couple of days but to be here now with New York growing so fast puts a smile on my faith. Carlo I have known you for awhile now if there is anybody who can lead New York to the promise land it is you. I have no doubt our city will rebuild to what it once was and continue pushing forward. I would like to take this time to say rest in peace to those who died fighting for our cities to survive. I would also like to Congratulate you Carlo aswell as Fist and Zmei. Together we will make NY better than ever.

I want to wholeheartedly thank you carlo for keeping the city of New York going while we saw the dark times a few days ago. Without you keeping the fires buring in that city I am not sure we would have all been able to keep on to the present.

I am sure that yourself and your auths will do a great job rebuilding the city in the comming days. I have not had much time to work with you in the past, but I am sure the relationship between yourselves and Detroit will grow into a great bond in the comming weeks. I wish you the best of luck in New York sir. 

Fist O walks up to Carlo and shakes his hand vigorously.

Congratulations Carlo!  I'm extremely excited to be  working beside you and Zmei.  Together we can help rebuild New York.  And with the great new and excisting members that are left, I have no doubt we can't achieve this. 

SmallBlackMan walks nearby through an alleyway with a note in hand, instructing a few goons to go and cover the back of where Carlo-Maldini is standing. After a few seconds of the goons covering and clearing the ground, SmallBlackMan speaks with a big smile on his face...

Sorry about that, you know the big apple, always having security around! Anyways Carlo, our ancestors have worked together a couple times in the past together and I think we will do great in the reconstruction of New York and I look forward to working with yourself and Zmei.

Many of my friends died in the war, my heart is very saddened by the loss of them. We must take our steps and leaps forward, as I know we shall.

stepping out of the way lighting a cigarette, SmallBlackMan begins to walk off into a an alleyway after slipping another note into the nearby goons jacket pockets...

"There are times when the strength of a man is tested and he is pushed to assume responsibilities and make the impossible possible. I applaud you Sir for taking the reigns and leading New York through the war. He tips his hat towards Carlo and addresses his captains.

"It is always a pleasure to see families growing in the underworld. I hope to do business with you soon and good luck to New York's crime world."

T-Man was standing beside Carlo when he started to tell the story of April Fool war.Carlo was talking about how glorious New York fought to stay alive and how New York will rebuild.T-Man waited to Carlo to stop talking when he approached Carlo.

"I'm glad your taking control of New York and It will be back to greatness.Well good luck in the future"

T-Man put a cigar in his mouth,then he walked into the distance

Naz walks through the streets hearing Carlo Speak, he stops to listen and nods in agreement. After Carlo's speach ends Naz approaches Carlo and smiles.

Carlo, our bloodlines go back for years, it's great to work with you here in your fine city of New York. Congratulations my friend, this is truly an epic day for us all. We all stand tall behind you in the rebuild of your fine city.

Naz raises his glass and smiles, SALUTE!

Slick was trying to keep a neutral face. Especially when he hears his mother's crew leader mentioned. He couldnt help but remember the times growing up watching such a lively person twirl in his mother's living room. He himself was still young since his mother hadnt really lived all that long and had died young. He just knew though with the current reign in New York he had a good chance of staying alive. When Head Carlo was done speaking and others had their say Slick speaks up

"Thanks boss New York will be great and your already doing an awesome job"

With that Slick buttons his coat and puts out a ciggerette he had been smoking and yells

"TAXI!"

Djosefin smiled as Carlo finished his speech. Djosefin could remember when New York was thriving with the likes of Clarity and the rest of the crew leaders that helped New York grow. It all seemed so long ago now. Djosefin clapped her hands at the thought of the faces that will be taking over from which she knew before. Brushing her hair back, she shouted over in the direction of Carlo over some people in front of her. 

"I bid you the best and the rest of the crew leaders in current New York. Rebuilding is not always the easiest but I think you guys are doing a bang up job already. To the future of New York!"

With that Djosefin kicked up her heels and made her way to the bar down the street to fill herself up with some whiskey and women.

As you said Carlo every city suffered damage but none as New York but New York is tough city and i have faith that we can rebuild New York to its past glories.

Jared appraoches Carlo with a box of cigars after his speach. After a nice embrace Carlo left on his wack back into the busy streets.

The devistating losses from the war impacted everyone, it is always tough in the building stages, but I believe the Big Apple will be back to bright lights and big stages shortly. Even those these are times of need I would like to congradulate you on your newly found bold suit. Taking Brolly along for the ride is gonna be some journey. I wish you both the best of luck and look forward to everything our future brings us.

Clyde as he stands in the streets, he hears Carlo's speech about a new beginning, and new journey for the big apple the big bambino of the states. He stands and sinks everything in.

I gotta say Carlo, I am very pleased how this city foundation is going. I salute to a new beginning and a one to remember.

We did lose alotta, family and friends and close ones, and we are all sadden about this trust me, I have lost my own father. But new beginnings are ahead, and Im am excited to see the future unfold before mys eyes. I want to Congrat, Carlo and Fist-O-Pain on smart swift actions on their new auth and people they chose to work along side of them. I want to say im on board and in it to win it Congrats to Carlo,Fist-O-Pain and Zmei, this is your time and your time is now. Show how the Big Apple handles business and I pray we live a long and prosper live, the one we were built for. To a new begining and a New New York. For the Win!!
