Hello folks, just coming out into the streets looking for some opinions, clarifications etc etc. What makes a good family? One that you can be 'tight' with... one you can trust? one you can tell anything to? well it would seem all of these qualities would entitle you to join a family, however i think a good family is one thats been around for a while, no matter what their reputation is. Before Animal's death i was under the assumption that he pretty much ruled this game. No if ands or buts about it. Ive also heard that before his death, Reese was the ruler. whats your opinion? The current war that is going on, what side are you on? I am supposed to be neutral, as Skulls is neutral, however even though our family is neutral, i don't believe for a second that we don't all have our own opinions on to which side will win, and which side is right This game is a hardcore mafioso world, and all the posts about ceasefire and whatnot are to put it bluntly, BULL SHIT. There is no such thing, and deep down we all know it. There may be some periods of time where their is 'peace and civility' however in due time, another war will occur, and more deaths will happen subsequently. True or not? I don't think it is appropriate for you (soontobefamous) telkin, to ask others what is their take on whats been going on recently. Who's side we are on, or who do we think is going to end this war. Especially if you claim to be a neutral. I can recall a quote.. "Wait a minute... I have a sentimental weakness for my children and I spoil them as you can see. They talk when they should listen." followed by "Never tell anyone outside the Family what you're thinking.." I agree with this statement. Open mouths and lashing tongues is what causes most wars, apart from a beautiful woman. If the family heads want an input from its members, then the they should discuss it at their HQ's. Simple. |

| Post whore. This is so utterly pointless and inappropriate. I'd apologise for the ooc, but it's not like this isn't already just about as ooc as you could get. The streets are supposed to be in character, if you understand that concept. Posts, threads, etc, do not exist here. We have speeches, conversations, discussions. Oh, and you called it a game too. I don't care what your rank is, if you can't manage to remember such minor details from the tutorial (if you ever read it), you don't deserve it. | |

I apologize for the OOCness of this and am going to go get myself vaccinated for OOCitis just as soon as I am done. telkin, people who have been playing for ONE day know that the streets are for in character talk. Not talking about making posts, or playing a game. If you want to be OOC, fine. But do it on the proper forum. Thank you. |

telkin, In my experience, which is not prodigious, people are usually very forgiving of honest mistakes, especially by new visitors to this world. But violating one of the most important rules of this place repeatedly, and apparently apathetically, when you have no excuse for not knowing better, is not a "simple friggen mistake". Neither is sarcastically mouthing off to the Don of Philadelphia in public when she has gone out of her way to try to help you. You're a Made Man. Fucking act it. |
