It was the closing night of The Las Vegas Ca-Sin-o. Deadly sat at a blackjack table with a few family members - he was dealt a seven and a four. Seeing the opportunity to double up and potentially hit twenty one, Deadly did so. An Ace. Just my luck, he thought - of all the cards he could've been dealt there wasn't one that could have been worse. As Deadly surrendered the last of his chips for the night to the dealer, he smirked. The thought that when he lost money here it only went back into his own pocket always amused him a little.

Deadly stood from the table and took a walk round his casino. He'd always been impressed by the workmanship that went into this place, and always felt that it was well worth the money he'd paid for it. He sees Coco and KissTheSky at the bar having some drinks and heads toward them. As he walks towards them they both smile at him.

"Ready to make a move ladies? The staff will want to start cleaning up soon, they don't need us getting in their way."


Deadly had spent the next couple of days working a lot, after The Godfather announced that Deadly was being given Philly to lead he had been busy selling Drug Fronts up and down the coast. The last order of business was selling on his casino to a willing buyer, which was harder than he first thought after the devastation that wreaked havoc across all seven cities leaving people penniless.

After having a meeting with Coco and KissTheSky, they decided that a re-branding was in order. Cowboys and Indians belonged in the Old West, and there was no place for it on the east coast. So, Deadly called a meeting with all of his family and showed them the designs for the new crew crest. He then set them to the task of coming up with a new brand for their legitimate business front. His family exceeded themselves as they always did, and it wasn't long before the re-branding was underway.

The next day Deadly held an informal meeting at a local speakeasy where other mobsters had gathered to listen...

"Hello family, friends. It is a great honour to me to be afforded the opportunity of running my own city. The war that led here was long and hard, and I lost a number of loyal family members who I will never forget. But today is not a day to mourn, we will honour the departed by exceeding ourselves in our new home. In moving from the city I built this family in, I feel some sadness - but I also look forward to the adventure of building a whole new city from the ground up. Now let us toast, to Philadelphia and the future!" Deadly raised his glass to a toast as the rest of the crow joined in; "To Philadelphia!"


The next day Deadly and his hands boarded a private flight to Philadelphia, where his brand new Headquarters was finished and ready. Once there, he began to prepare for the arrival of the rest of the family. Deadly, Coco and KissTheSky worked hard for what felt like two long days to get everything ready, but finally it was done.

As Deadly's family gathered outside their new base of operations, a buzz began to fill the air. Deadly cleared his throat before speaking...

"You all know why we are here today, so I will keep this short and sweet. Today we begin a legacy which I hope will go down in the history books. I would like to now unveil our brand new name which we will work under from this point forward - we are The Strangers! Now, I would like to invite you all to join us in the celebration of this day, the first day of the rest of our lives!"

Wraith smiled and took a sip of whisky from the small bottle he always kept with him. The two days had been hectic, more so for the Leader and his Hands than anyone else. Selling their properties, making sure their territories were in good hand, getting contacts for bribeable cops in a new city, it all required a lot of planning. But now, everything was done. They were finally in Philadelphia. Wraith liked the name The Strangers, it would add class to their family.

Congratulations to DeadlySin, Coco and KissTheSky for successfully completing the tranfer of operations to Philadelphia. I hope business here will progress upwards steadily over the course of time.

He left the cheering crowd, wanting to check on his new businesses in Philadelphia.

As he got off the plane in Philly he took a deep breath, noticing some new buildings going up as some tore down for the rebuilding

I miss philly and my father loved it here but time and things move on and now you own the criminal operations and I know you will make it flourish. A casino and a strip club with the right ladies and I know I will be visiting often. Congrats on the move and I wish you the best in Philly Don DeadlySin.

With business in town finished Kurtz headed over to DaedlySin's new headquarters and was suitably impressed when he got there. Walking over to the new leader of Philly, he smiled broadly and shook him by the hand.

DS, I must say its brilliant to finally see you here, in control of this city. I have absolutely no doubt you'll develop it and it's resources in the right way. You have always had a firm grasp on the right way to build and I look forward to watching the city blossom under your watch.

Kurtz beckoned one of his bodyguards and took a large wooden box from him. Turning he opened the box to face DeadlySin. Inside was a rich purple velvet lining that snugly held a vintage bottle of rare French Brandy. He handed the box to the new head of Philadelphia.

I'm told that came from Napoleonic stores! Hopefully it will serve. Enjoy your industrious future my friend and don't hesitate to call if you need me to extract anything from your brother.

With a smile Kurtz turned, respectfully kissed the hand of Coco, cheekily winked at KissTheSky and headed inside to peruse the vast casino.

Congratz are in order DeadlySin. Philly is the birthplace of my bloodline and I've always kept it particularly close to my heart. I am sure you and the city will match together perfectly :)

Deadly, though I have been working for you only a short time, our families have known each other for generations. My father spoke highly of you in his last words to me. He was the one that led me to your doorsteps when I joined this way of life. You've worked hard to get where you are, and no one can take that from you. I look forward to being able to help rebuild Philadelphia in anyway I can. Your will, my hands.

Neon was gliding along when she saw a few people crowded around some building. She had no idea what was going on, perhaps a party, which then perked her interest. Loud music, lights, and dancing? Oh heck yes, Neon was in on that!

Yet, as she got closer she realized it was just DeadlySin telling everyone about how he has a new headquarters here in Philly. Sighing she clapped and nodded.

"I've heard many stories about you and I believe those that I once knew were good friends with you. I haven't known a single person to say something bad about you, sir. So I wish you the best of luck and good tidings on this new adventure of yours. I'm sure you'll do fantabulous!"

Through the LV Project, you have more than proved your weight in gold. I can, without a second of doubt, hold my head up high as you lead myself and the rest of this family through this next adventure, here in Philly.

In honor of your city, I am renaming my infamous Steak and Cheese sandwhich to The Philly CheeseSteak.

KissTheSky stood outside their new headquarters alongside Coco and DeadlySin. She was so proud to be part of this family, of this amazing adventure they were partaking in. She smiled proudly as she turned to them.

This day is truly momentous. I am so proud of what you have done with this family, what we've all done. And I know that we're all going do even better things within this city. It truly is an honor to be a part of it.

She walked just inside the door, grabbed three glasses and a bottle of champagne. She passed them the glasses before popping the cork off the bottle, spraying the two of them with champagne as she laughed. She filled the glasses full and then held up her own.

To Philadelphia and The Strangers.

They clinked glasses and then drank. When they had finished she smiled and nodded towards the HQ.

Why don't we hit the bar and celebrate with the rest of the family!

Congratulations DeadlySin! Our family histories have worked together a number of times in the past and I can safely say that there isn't a better man for the job.

I look forward to establishing a close working relationship over the months ahead, I know you shall do wonders.

Strolling down the street a little worse for wear after his own celebrations Lancelot notices DeadlySin making an announcement to the masses, listening to what he has to say Lancelot smiles then makes his way to the front.

"Congratulations DeadlySin i am sure under your watchful eye Philadelphia will once more become the vibrant city it once was, if anyone can take Philly back to its former glories it is you. I wish you all the best for the future if there is anything i can ever help you with my door is always open, i would join you for a drink but i think i have had enough already, all the best my friend". With that Lancelot staggers back down the street with one thing on his mind, bed!

Coco was always one to be fashionably late to a party, joining the others outside the new HQ in Philadelphia a tear came to her eye

DeadlySin I am so proud of everything you have achieved. You did wonderful things in Vegas alongside PJ and I know the whole family is looking forward to all the amazing things you will do here in Philly.

After listening to her boss announce his new position, Lalaith got excited to see his widdle face when he opened up her gift. She had the lederhosen especially made as she knew it was his favourite! Making her way through the throng of well wishers to hand the parcel to DeadlySin, Lalaith smiled as she gave it over.

Congratulations Boss...though I would open this in private!

Lalaith had a little giggle as she took a step back into the crowd.

Fabious stands and listens to DS and the rest of the crowd then its turn he steps forwards.

"Congratulations DeadlySin sir. I wish you all the best in your new city Philly you done a great job in Las Vegas and I look forward to see;ing you in action with Philly."

After speaking he taks step back again.
