She steps out of her warehouse after having spent an hour in the shower and getting some much needed sleep. Her eyes still marked by the nights of sleeplessness but her colour returning. She notices a smaller warehouse beside hers. Being as cramped as hers is she decides to check it out. The door appears to have been kicked in so she makes her way into the derelict building. Waving her hand beneath her nose at the smell of mold and grime she sees a bit of potential in it.. Well, it is beside the main warehouse... I'd rather it be him than someone I don't know taking it over. I suppose it is time to kick him out of the nest. He's been a joy to have around but his porn collection is getting too big. She brushes herself off and walks out into the sun and runs into the owner of the run down building. Brokering a quick deal on the street she is handed the keys and the deed to the building. Well, it's done.... She grabs a can of spray paint and scrawls "The New Scum" across the window. How fitting.... She turns around to address the growing crowd. Hi, sorry, please excuse my appearance... That building is rather disgusting insidel. Trust me, the outside is in far better condition. It is with pride that I come to you today and announce that The Java Cartel will be expanding and opening a second division of our business in Philly. Without further ado, I bring you Daera. He will he heading up The New Scum division of the Cartel. He's a good man and has done nothing but help and support my family from the start. Today is about rebirth and renewal, I hope that this is the first of many positive steps for our community. Congratulations Daera and thank you everyone for being patient. She throws Daera a set of keys and goes back to work. |

He walks in, pulling his shirt up over his nose to try and hide the smell as much as possible. I would just like to take a moment to thank Iris for giving me this opportunity. She has been a wonderful leader, and I will do my best to not let her down. That being said... did you have to find the most disgusting warehouse for me? Really? Jeez. He rolls up his sleeves and goes to work trying to clean his new offices up as much as possible. |

Congratulations Daera, I'm sure you will do well - and obviously will help with Philadelphia cat and dog fur etc problem. BTW - please have your RH send me some more skittles :) But seriously, well deserved, well done |

Alessia, at this point, after having smelled our warehouse... She pulls her scarf tightly over her mouth. Do you really want anything that comes from inside these dilapidated and soon to be condemned walls? No problem though. Daera will spruce it up, though I have the creeping feeling that I'll soon becoming headquarters house bitch. |
