Could there be a function that shows takings for a casino?  And the payout percentage?

The takings for the casino are already visible to the owner of the casino, why would that information be available to random visitors? I'm sure real casinos don't have a board outside their door telling you how much money they've made.

As for the payout percentage, that's displayed on the first screen when you pick a game to play... unless you mean the payout for specific bets being won, which I actually think might be a good idea!

Incase people are under some illusion that the Owners of Casino's can set it up to ensure they get loads of money with little risk, they are wrong.

Ive owned Casino's in the past and lost a ton of cash in keeping the vaults full for players.

I still think the owner get tons of cash these days, its hard to win against the casino unless you bring a lotttaaaaaa cash
