Maguire receives a message about the forthcoming boxing competition from one of his trusty runners, he unfolds the note and reads the short message.

Mr Maguire, I'm pleased to announce that the pairings for the boxing competition have been posted.

Breaking into a huge grin Maguire hands a ten dollar bill to the young lad who brought the note and makes his way to the streets.

Finding Ladyfighter's poster he reads down the list initially unable to find his name. Many familiar appear on the list with some really good looking pairings standing out, this should be a really good tournament!

Finally scrolling down to the 14th fight which rather pleases the young man from Italian and Irish decendancy, 7 being his lucky number so 14 must be twice as lucky, no?

14 Maguire vs Armageddon

14, a lucky number then perhaps and an interesting opponent to boot. Maguire has heard a lot about the man from The Windy City but despite the fact that Armageddon is said to dance like a butterfly he's pretty sure that his own sting will be far more potent than his adversary's.

With the pairings now listed Maguire's mind is concentrated and he strolls away with an idea hatching. An old friend of his uncle used to run a gym down Inwood way, he'll drop by and sort out a training plan right away.

Sweeney comes back to the boxing arena to see who he will be facing. When he arrives at the door, there's Mr. Albert leaning against the wall while smoking a cigar. Sweeney motions his hand for him to be in his pocket. Hopefully he's been doing work on his spying. He walks over to the poster of the fights. With an undercard match at number 4. He sees that Zemi is his competitor. 

Well Zemi...hopefully you'll be a great fighter. Because, I won't be the one to back down..

10 Aidan vs Slash

Hey, Slash, I think she's doing this on purpose. Didn't our fathers also have to fight in this same Arena?

I think you might be right there, Aidan!

Not to worry though; we'll hit the gym together and train hard to make our fathers proud and have an epic battle!

Armageddon makes his way into the gym, checking the list to see who he has been paired up with. He puts his finger on number 14 and notices he will be matched up with Maguire.

Dance like a butterfly, If thats all you're worried about you have another thing coming.

Armageddon busts out a combination of punches and winds himself.

Ok, maybe not so much, I need to hit the gym.

He starts to leave the arena and makes his way to the local gym to train himself up.

You know I wasn't expecting a first round bye, but I do surely appreciate it!

Turning around, Jared smiles for a couple of camera men that had been following him a couple blocks. 

Yes I said it, my first round is against a female known as Laliath. I know she is a female and I am supposed to play nice, but I just do not see this happening.

Jared then yells to the two men following him to "c'mon" as he continued his stroll down this busy streets this Sunday evening.
