Queens changes quietly. You don’t always hear it, but you feel it. Today the streets felt like they were holding their breath. I stood outside the building where Don TonyTheTailor had run his crew for Godmother FutureScare, thinking about how many years of work had been poured into those walls. A lot of noise. A lot of chaos. A lot of loyalty. Classic Tony. Tony isn’t fading out. He isn’t slowing down. He’s moving to Philadelphia to start his own chapter, separate from FutureScare. Anyone who knows him won’t be surprised. He was never built to stay in one place forever. When he told me he was leaving Queens behind, it didn’t come with speeches or drama. Just a look that said someone needed to step up and keep things steady after him. That someone turned out to be me. Meeting with Godmother FutureScare made it official. She didn’t give a long lecture. She doesn’t need to. Her expectations are sharp enough on their own. Queens needs someone who can lead a crew without losing their head, someone who can work clean, and someone who understands the balance Tony helped maintain. She offered me the auth to set up. I accepted. So I am taking on the responsibility of leading a new crew in Queens under Godmother FutureScare. The crew will be called Niflheim. Cold name. Fitting reminder.
