Welcome to Sin City your home of task number one! Each team is going to have to work together in bring in $25,000 in earnings from your pickpockets! If you pickpocket someone that is part of another team competing then the earnings that was pickpocketed will double. Once the task has been completed you will be handed your next clue via mobmail.Good luck to the remaining seven teams! Go!

Task Number 2: So your feeling luck eh?Welcome to task number two in Sin City Las Vegas. You will find your next task in the Las Vegas business distrcit also known as the"Vegas Strip". You will now be challenged to answer these five trivia questions about Las Vegas history.

 What was the first casino to be built in Las Vegas and what Year? 

Which mobster was officially the first one to get his hands on Las Vegas and who was his partner?

Who was the owners of the first casino put on what is now the las vegas strip and what was the name of that casino? 

Which hotel opened it's doors in 1932 and how many rooms did it have?

On what day was the Hoover Dam officially Opened and Which President was there to press the button?  

After completing these five questions correctly you will receive your next clue.

Task Number 3: HollyWood here we come!

YOU WILL NOW BE ASKED TO TRAVEL TO LOS ANGELES!

This is your second road block, if you participated in the first road block then you are not going to be allowed to compete in this one. It will be up to your other partner to participate in this part. You must now depend on the Los Angeles community to help you with your next task in this race. You are going to be asked to approach a stranger in LA and  ask them to help you complete you challenge in the race.

You will then ask the person with the home city of Los Angeles to unscramble these 20 annagrams of celebrity actors and actresses in the 1930's. I will need proof that you actually had a stranger help you with confirmation by that person in mail.After completing this task you will be asked to arrive in the Los Angeles business district at an undisclosed location for your second pit stop of the game

.The last team to arrive may be eliminated.

 

It is my honor to announce that JackPepper and JewishJake have already arrived first in this leg of the race followed closely by the first place team of leg number one Adoona and Innocence. Keep up the good work as we will be having the third leg of the race on Apr 23 00:00. You will all be expected to awaiting your next clue in Los Angeles.

It was California dreaming for the teams representing there home state coming in a respectable first and second place. With today arriving we our looking forward to another great leg to the race getting someone one step closer to earning the ultimate prize. 

With a shocking elimination in leg two sending Cory_Chase and PandaBear home it is easy to say that it is still anyones race. The remaining six teams are set for action and have received this clue just prior to this street update being sent out. Welcoming you back to the race and leg number three there first task that was sent out to them is as follows.

YOU WILL NOW BE ASKED TO FLY FROM LOS ANGELES TO NEW ORLEANS!

Task number one: Short Stories from New Orleans!

Welcome to task number one for leg number three of the race. You will now be asked to write a short story on one of the following three topics. There is a minimum of 200 words to the story and it must go along with the topic chose. The stories are going to have to include both team members, but only one has to write it. 

Your three topic choices for the short story are:

Tell us about a time that you were down on the bayou and you had to fight off a wild gator to save your loved one.

Explain the time that you had one to many drinks at the French Quarter and got yourself out of quite the bind with the police.

While traveling down Bourbon street you see a man that was wanted dead by your crime boss. What did you do to get even for you boss?

After completing your short story please send it o me via mob mail and I will display them in the streets after all contributions were subbmitted. Once your story is turned then you will receive your next clue and wil lbe able to continue on in this leg of the race.

Once upon a time in the industrial city of New Orleans I was called upon to rescue my love, Kim from an evil wild gator know as, Mr. Gator! I took my hat and got my sunglasses, and then I jumped of the bayou. I swam into the lake known as Lake Holiday! With my hat, glasses, and my nice oil naked body - I grasped the gator by the mouth and took out my .44 caliber. I aimed it into its sharp pointy teeth. I shot his front two teeth other with one bullet. It quickly left its grasp off Kim and she started drowning down the lake. I punched the gator in the face repeatedly ten times, than dive downwards to save Kim from the endless pit. The gator was behind me swimming with a full mouth of blood. I managed to reach Kim from her ankle, but the Gator grasped onto my foot. I turned around real quick, losing the touch of Kim to reach my .44 and I shot the gator between his eyes. He went down to my surprise. I continued to swim down and got Kim. I quickly go back up to shore with Kim where I gave her mouth to mouth. Unfourtanly….she died. The End!

After a long travel from Los Angeles to New Orleans, Ladyfighter was very tired and decided to go to a little restaurant. A man was playing piano and a woman was singing a song. This environment was a great one to rest and have a little meal.

The waitress arrived at her table and she ordered a drink first. “I will decide about the meal soon, just please bring me the drink first”, Ladyfighter said to the waitress. Then she looked around and saw a young man at the corner of the bar looking at her. Nice good looking man he was. When the man noticed Ladyfighter was looking at him, he came towards her table and said: “Good evening nice Lady, I am Aidan, can I offer you another drink?”

At this time Ladyfighter saw the man real close and saw that the man was a criminal, that her boss back in New York wanted dead. “Well glad to meet you, Aidan. For sure I would love to have another drink from you. You live in New Orleans?”

Aidan looked her in the eyes and said: “Yes beautiful Lady, I do, what about you?”

Ladyfighter is the kind of woman that can see through cheesy pick up lines so she wasted no time in his act. She stood up and took her gun, pointed it to Aidan and just said: “Man, you are really a good looking guy, a ladykiller as I can see, but also a wanted criminal by my boss. Rest well.”

Ladyfighter just took the shot and Aidan fell towards the ground. Ladyfighter took out his wallet and took her bag and left the restaurant. Enough proof to show her boss.

Explain the time that you had one to many drinks at the French Quarter and got yourself out of quite the bind with the police.

It was the heart of MArdi Gras. The French Quarter was packed and the police were out in full. Several us had gathered in a local bar and were having a grand time when a local flatfoot walked up to us.

"Which one of you robbed the art gallery? The owner is lying in a pool of blood barely alive. He said a drunken lady and an large man were involved" he states.

A man walked up behind him and pointed to Adonna. "She did it!" he exclaimed.

"Wait a minute" Adonna says. "I haven't left this bar all night! I can hardly stand let alone rob a store!" Adonna reaches to grab the informant and nearly falls.The flatfoot walked up to Adonna and grabbed her arm while she sat back down. In the same instance, Sal, Mario, and Antonio stood up and surrounded him.

Antonio reached in his pocket and pulled out a handful of bills.

"I'm sure this is nothing more than a terrible mistake officer. She has been here all day long. We can vouch for her" Tony says as he slides the cash to the cop.

The cop looks in his hand and looks towards the accuser. "You obviously have the wrong gal. Move along."

Adonna, Innocence and their friends go back to their drinks glad the run-in was avoided.

  Once summer the husband and I decided to head down to the Bayou. We travel there as often as one can while surviving off minimum wage. We like to go down and soak in the sun and do us some gator huntin'. 
  We headed out on a routine hunt late one Alabama night. We got the boat ready and turned on the engine with force. It always takes a few tries for me to get the dang thing started, but my hubby does it on one strong thrust. 
  After trolling for about a mile down the river, we decide we hit the right spot to stop and have a little evening dip. I know, I know what ya'll are thinking..."Who would swim in gator infested waters!!???" But that's just how we are. We are a real thrill seeking couple. And we like nothing better than to stare danger straight in the face, and laugh at it.
  So there we are swimming along when I feel a sharp scaly object move across my foot. I had a good idea of what we were dealing with, considering we were there to hunt the bastards. I called for my hubby and he came swimming faster than a jackrabbit. He dove deep down and wrestled that gator to the bottom of the river. I would see him pop up from time to time with the gators head in his grasp, then back down he would go.
It got to the point where he looked like he was struggling a bit, so i went straight for the boat and got my nice big hunting knife out. I gathered myself and dove straight in after them. I caught up to them and nodded for my husband to go back to the boat and take a little breather. It was my turn now.
  Long story short, I gutted me a gator that night. Named him Willy. The husband and I sit out on the porch and drink whiskey to his corpse every night. We often talk of the night he was killed. What a night it was.

JewishJake was having quite the night. A week ago he had visited New Orleans and while out with an associate was lucky enough to meet the gorgeous Suzie. Suzie had long brown hair and the best blue eyes Jake had ever seen. Tonight he had come back to New Orleans just to take Suzie out for dinner. They dined at Broussard’s, Jake ordered a bottle of Chateau Montelena a very nice chardonnay. The two had started with an order of calamari, continued onto lamb for the lady and a delicious rib eye for the gentleman. After walking Suzie to her home just a few blocks from Bourbon Street, Jake decided to take a stroll, he was never going to sleep after spending such a wonderful evening with such a beautiful woman. As Jake walked past one of the better bars on the street he looked over and saw someone he recognized immediately. SmellySal had left the city of Los Angeles and walked out on his responsibilities to Godfather JackPepper. Jake knew what needed to be done; a traitor had to be taken care of quickly. Jake found the nearest phone and called his associates from New Orleans. They would get him in that bar undetected. Sure enough his connections got him in and brought him the supply he’d need. Jake entered the bar and dressed as a waiter. When Sal ordered his next martini it would be his end. Jake slipped the arsenic into the drink while bringing it back to the table. As Sal smiled and sipped his drink, Jake left again undetected and took an early flight back to Los Angeles.

Sweeney walks away as a proud man. The End!

Feeling the cool breeze of the New Orleans air rustle her hair. Endurance smiled as she watched people pass by her as she walked down Bourbon St. Seeing a vendor, she stopped and pulled a crisp bill out of her pocket and handed it over.

"Just a simple.." She stopped as a hand grabbed her shoulder.

"Make that 2 beers." Endurance spun around as she heard Rio's voice over her shoulder, and she laughed.

"What bring you here? Enjoying the party or business? I wasn't aware we'd even be in the same city."

Endurance grabbed both the beers and handed on off to her friend, and then pointed to a table not but a few feet away. She didn't respond as she pulled out a chair and sat down and watched as Rio took a seat.

"I to be honest was simply taking a short break. Needed some time away and with Mardi Gras over I figured I might want to visit the place I heard my mother grew up in." She sipped the cold beer and then let her eyes wander the crowd. She heard Rio saying somthing in a response but her eyes locked on somebody and she felt her heart sink in her chest.

"Endurance? HELLO.." Rio was waving his hands in front of her as she felt nothing but rage come over her face. Her gun never left her side and she felt her hand slip to the cool steal. "Endur.."

She slowly stood up and pushed her chair back. She took another sip of the beer and then took a step towards the man her eyes wouldn't move from. Rio sensed the issue and found himself pulling his gun out as he watched Endurance walk up to the man.

"Hey asshole!" Endurance shouted at the man as she was no more then a few steps from him. Her gun was ready in her hands and she knew this time he wouldn't get away.

"Endu.." The bullet left the gun with all her rage and her name didn't even come from his lips as she watched the bullet rip through his shirt and enter his skin. His eyes locked on hers a she fired three more rounds into him. Watching him fall to his knees she kept firing till he was nothing but a lifeless body that laid oozing on the pavement.

"Never fuck with anyone in my family.. Especially my bosses" She slid the gun back where she kept it as Rio stood in shock at her. She turned back to Rio and exhaled a breath as she worked her way back to the table.

"Rio don't let your beer get hot. Its gross that way." Endurance sipped her beer as she settled back down

With all six entries here posted for everyone to see on the various street lights everyone has moved on to task number two. Everyone has quickly moved on, so lets find out what else New Orleans has in store for our competitors.

Task Number 2: Everyone's Drug Sellin in New Orleans!

In task number two you will be asked to sell 8 of the 10 drugs for a maximum profit in the city of New Orleans  between the two of you. I will be in the city to over see this task, I ask that everyone mail me when they have sold a drug for a mximum so I can keep track before passing on the next clue. It is a simple task yet a time consumer as well!

After completing this task you will be given your next clue and will proceed to your next task.

Task Number 3:The French Quarter's Art

In task number three you will both be asked to create your own work of art using your basic paint program. I ask that each of you take the time to put some kind of effort into this and I expect nothing less then amazing for this race. After you have finished your creation please send me a copy so that I can verify that it has been completed.Here is the twist, once you get approval from me on your work of art you will then be asked to find two people each.

These people will there aprroval will display your art as there profile pictures for everyone to see. Once both pictures are displayed on two different profiles each you will then be asked to meet me at an undisclosed location in Detroits business district for this legs pit stop.

The last team to arrive may be eliminated. 



With that being said it looks like Mccer- and Sweeney have been eliminated from the race as they are the last team to arrive at our location here in Detroit. We will continue the race at a time to be determined by myself. I will be in contact with each contestant that is still involved.

Welcome to Detroit aka the "Motor City" home for the starting of leg number four. We are down to 5 families after Mccer- and Sweeney were sent home showing up last in leg three. Out of the eight teams to start this race the remaining competitors have two things in common. There either from New York or they are have a home city of Los Angeles.

We will see how thigns work out with New York having the odds in three teams to La's two. Lets not count them out though as one of them has arrived no later then 2nd place each leg so far.After ending leg number three at the gym in Detroit the teams should be more then ready to step back outside and into the race. Detoits cold weather and motor vehicle productions were booming, a great time to be in this wonderful city. The teams we not asked to fly out of town for this specific leg of the race, but could always end up in another city when everything is all said and done. 

Task number one for leg four: The Jokes on you!

In this task you will be asked to get family members from Detroit to tell you jokes.

Seems easy enough right? Wrong, there will be a certain criteria in which means I will only accept jokes from these people.

 A  person from Detroit with an underscore in their name

 A person from Detroit with a suit without a name

 A person from Detroit that is in the upper structure of their family

A  person from Detroit that has a Bold Suit(Crewleader)

Once I have confirmation you have received a joke from the Detroit family members follwing my criteria you will then be allowed to get your second clue in this leg of the race.

Task Number two for leg four: Amazing Survey!

On this leg of the race you will be asked to survey a member from each mafia family on the Amazing Mafia race so far. Though this is a task that does not seem to hard to the public, there are 15 families that they will be needing to get a response from.These are the questions on the survey that must be answered by atleast one person from each crime family.

Hello one and all, I would just like to take the time to let everyone know that we are now down to 4 teams. There are still two from New York and two from Los Angeles. We will wrap up the finale of the race this weekend and be crowining the winner of the Amazing Mafia Race. The four teams that are still out there competing are Endurance/Zikari_Rio and Aidan/-LadyFighter- from New York. Representing Los Angeles is JewishJake/JackPepper and Adonna/Innocence.

The four teams left will compete in a finale like no other as they will be challenged with the most exciting tasks yet! It is now crunch time and every team has to work together to make it out as the first to arrive on the last leg of the race and claim there prize. Once the final leg has started I will be sure to keep everyone up to date on everyone status.
