I have a mayor tooth hurt and have to eat Meals and its so hard for me not to eat sweets ,. Will find a good movie and watch it in the right position .

I find that the only way to avoid eating sweets is to not buy them. I can have the willpower in the shop, but if i have sweets at home then there will be a point when i just scoff them down uncontrollably.

frozen grapes as an alternative to eating sweets ... i just need to grow a couple of grape vines ... 

frozen grapes? Honestly I'd rather have them not frozen, one of the few fruits I could easily eat way too many of if they're placed in front of me. A very snack worthy fruit :D

I trying not to eat candy due to having diabetes but it is hard especially when I have a very sweet tooth. I need something sweet when working the night shift though

Gave up sweets (candy) earlier this year. Have been ‘clean,-ish since about March. Although I occasionally break and binge, e.g. on Halloween when I found the leftover sweets that my kids hadn’t eaten yet…

try frozen watermelon, doesnt freeze solid but just frozen enough to be enjoyable, toss on some cinnamom sugar and BAM! new "candy" unlocked

Frozen watermelon sounds awesome and addresses the problem that i cannot eat a full watermelon at one sitting.

and, we don't get children at the doors on halloween in my block of flats, or maybe their mummies don't like it when i answer the door to their darlings ...
