I walk into the headquarters of my family's The 12th Street Swan Hunters. A gun on my hip and hot chocolate in my right hand, with a newspaper in my left, as I read about a mysterious gang running a loan-sharking operation. I wonder who did that.

I talked to Ghostof2011 about what we should do over the winter

“We should go caroling!” Ghostof2011 suggests “with the whole family!”
I say, “Not a horrible idea for once, I’ll ask Slim.”

I try to hurry past The_Watcher, but he stops me and says
“I heard we’re making arrangements for what we’re doing over the winter. Count me in, WhiteRabbit!” The_Watcher says.

“Yeah, sure man, we might bring the whole family to mess around over the course of winter.”
I try to keep walking, but The_Watcher stops me again.
“So what have you been up to lately? I have been really bored for a while and haven’t done anything.”
“Nothing much lately, just pickpocketing and doing some crimes.” I continue, “Now, if you will excuse me, I would like to consult SlimRagnarok about upcoming winter events.”
“Oh, of course, let me know if you want to commit any crimes!” The Watcher says, while giving me a wink, I tell myself to walk faster next time.

I walk into Slim’s office, and a dart whizzes right past me.

I think. What the hell?! I turn to look at the dart's trajectory. It landed right on a picture of a swan. A perfect bullseye, right on the head. I turn to see SlimRagnarok with a cigar in his mouth and a crossbow in his hands. He’s laughing.

“What do you want, WhiteRabbit? I have business to attend to.”
“The family wants to make winter events soon. Ghostof2011 told me we should go caroling.” I say.
“Absolutely!” Slim says. 

Just Slim saying that kind of made my day, the dude never agrees with anything!

“NOT!” Slim continues, “We aren’t going caroling!”
I say, “Well, that’s just what Ghost suggested, I figured we could shoot the shit.. and the swans of course.”
“Now that seems like a good idea. Now get outta here before I actually hit you with a dart.”

I hurry the hell outta there. Slim has good aim.
