My idea is to be able to tag people as VIPs in the casino, and send them cash/perks for being active gamblers.  Maybe even a tag in their profile they could toggle on or off to show where they are a VIP at. 

When i see someone is playing alot (or losing alot) I like to send them some cash with a note,  something like "Casino VIP Rewards" but it would be nice if it could be done through the casino management screen to make it official. Maybe a button next to their names that says send cash/perks/make VIP etc.  Also when regifting perks there is no option to send them with a note.  

A casino owner might not on his own think to send gamblers cash/perks, but if there is a button right there he may be more inclined to.

I think this would add a little flair to the casinos and maybe get people to use them a bit more.

I love going to Kiel's casino, win or lose, he establishes a relationship that keeps me coming back, aside from the thrill of the gamble. If it makes it easier for him, then definitely support.

couple more ideas:

Bonus to manager : I am terrible at paying the security, my manager is always on top of it though.  Plus they helps in various other ways, whether its through advertising, posts etc.   Would be nice to have a button to send them bonuses.  I do it through my bank but just to make it more official.  

Bet amounts:  Be able to adjust how much people can bet on each game type.  Maybe you don't mind taking the max 17.5 mill hit on roulette but cant cover the 100 mill jackpot on slots.
