Skulls comes riding down the street on a Mardi Gras float, throwing beads to all the bystanders. He jumps down off the float and turns to address the people waiting by. My friends, New Orleans is thriving! The first order of business to address. DaKine has been welcomed into New Orleans with open arms as my Captain. He was my trusted Right Hand since I had gotten my own auth, and he had done a stellar job. And he has done nothing less than a stellar job as my Captain. Great job DaKine. The second and last order of business. The New Orleans bar district is flourishing. Many new bars and businesses have opened in the French Quarter. You can find Kleighton's South Side Cleaners, for all your suit pressing needs. And if your looking for a time ghoulish, check out DrFeelgood's Nightmare Inn. New Orleans is doing quite well as a whole, and the city will only grow and prosper in the future. Thank you for you're time, I must be dancing off now.
