Comrade Nikolai steps out of TonyTheTailor's HQ in the South Philly Outpost, and starts walking over to a new construction site nearby. The main building was almost complete. They were finishing off the solid gold ushanka that sits atop the roof. There's a plaque next to the front door of the building that reads "The Comrades: SPQR". Nikolai couldn't completely forget his Roman roots, so he had to add a little Latin to his Russian mob. He took a flask from his breast pocket, and took a long swig. Vodka was his lifeblood now, and he felt a little drained.

Comrades TonyTheTailor, Natasha, Megan, Milk and OdinProtsent were waiting nearby with ushankas covering their ears to protect from this winter wind. Transistor fell in behind Nikolai as he made their way to the others. Transistor hasn't earned an ushanka as of yet. Time will tell if he decides to attempt the Gulag like the rest. As Nikolai reached the others, he lifted his arms and made sure his double-stacked ushankas were in top shape.

"We've done it, Comrades. We're so popular around here that the rest of the Mafia world demands more Comrades. This time, I was thinking I'd add some Roman flair."

He gestured to the front of his new HQ, specifically to the Roman style pillars that lined the front of the building. There was a look of pride on his face, and he looked to the other Comrades and saw tears in their eyes. Admiration for Comrade Nikolai obvious by their expressions.

"May I present to you, The Comrades: SPQR!"
