All crewleaders have been instructed and funded to select a property to be designated as their HQ. That Neighborhood's name will replace the name of the district in places where it would normally show a district. To Pangea a non-square city with approximate 1955 data into a 100x100 square meant a lot of leeway had to be given in combining it, not all of the neighborhood names are perfect, and some may contain some oddly chosen names. If you want to petition to get a neighborhood name changed, please provide a back alley link with 10 people signed off on it, containing approximate 1955 map sources, and show a better way how all of the adjacent neighborhoods and streets should be remapped to support it. |

Could you touch on things like how location influences the HQ or vice versa? Will population make them hard to run? Or we pull we want low population to hide? sorry if you touched on this recently, I have trouble reading lounge on my phone, But realtors will tell you the importance of Locations. XD |

As far as the location of your hq, honestly it doesn't really matter a whole lot. There's some slight technical things like for example you have to physically travel there to attack forts, or physically travel there to crash for the night and gain the boost for a tiny bit of defense and a tiny bit of stealth outside of forts, by using it as a safe house. Some small little benefits might be it's easier to find somebody in the locals who's attacking your forts if it's in the middle of nowhere like a very far corner of the map away from everything else. There's a tiny bonus for having properties in your area more so than other crews. But in the grand scheme of things honestly, just go with what has a cool name, the other stuff is kind of small enough that it doesn't really matter a whole lot. It doesn't really represent where your power is, it's just a physical location. |

Just a couple questions Izzy. Most neighborhoods, as far as I can see have multiple names. For instance “Queen Village/Society Hill”. If I choose a property in that neighborhood, will my “district” be both names? One or the other? Can I choose which of the two? Inconsequential, just curiosity. |

It will be exactly what is listed. There is metric ton of research to be done to try to hone the names to something better, its just so much work that its at the very bottom of the pile. Some that are low hanging fruit I can adjust for you guys, but that one, for example, would stay Queen Village/Society Hill unless you can find historical maps for 1955ish era that paint a more appropriate representation for that area for a 'pangea'd into a square 100x100 grid' without adjusting the neighbors/streetnames. |
