AJ has a glass jaw these days anyway, can’t fight proper heavyweights anymore. Guessing that fight was set up to last as long as it did - think that’s why the ref kept interfering, basically to keep Jake Paul on his feet as long as possible |

He didn't run out of luck. What happened was that for the first time ever, Paul stepped in the ring with a real boxer and not a mark or retired senior citizen boxer. Honestly, I was shocked Tyson didn't lay him out, even at damn near 60 years old. Keep reality show stupidity out of sports. |

I expected Tyson to maul him, even at 60, with proper training, I think Mike would be able to go for at least few rounds, full power, full speed... But I digress. Getting into a ring with an actual trained fighter (even Tommy fucked him up) is crazy and the worst part is that these type of events although popularise something (Just views and random people that never watched box i.e. joining) is good, but only in the short term, long term when all those IG reels watchers and influencers stop buying PPV and such, it will crush and that is why it is long term bad for the sport, any sport.
In reality, fighting a trained boxer and not expecting to be mauled is just crazy, its the typical approach of "I bet I could beat at least 80% boxers if I would to fight them" and the same goes for the quote by the great White Mamba: I'm closer to LeBron than you are to me. |

Was quite happy to see Paul lose especially with the way he was falling and grabbing and clinching on Joshuas legs. I was very annoyed to the point I was becoming embarrassed to be watching the fight. At the same time Paul fought someone a real current boxer. Even if Joshua went casually at parts and was throwing with less than 100% power Paul took some shots tried a little or maybe to the best of his actual ability and ultimately was beaten. Weak jaw, out matched, bad mechanics, side show, influencer, farcical match, and anything else that might be true Paul still got punched and has a broken jaw from a fight. Which regardless of opinion on his fighting ability still occurred and I can respect that part. The fight itself was an embarrassment though. Luckily supreme alpha male and chosen prophet of men everywhere Andrew Tate fought which somehow made the Paul match not the worst fight of the weekend. And to be clear I wish Tate also would have had his jaw broken. |
