Snow accumulates on the sidewalks outside as Detroit breathes heavy with engines, industry, and ambition. The block is alive tonight. Brass glints under streetlights, shoes crunch against pavement, and the doors of Black Label Social Club – Detroit stand wide open like a promise kept. I step inside, not rushed, letting the room take its measure of me as I take mine of it. Dark wood, low lights, the sound of a band warming the soul instead of the ears. This isn’t a party — it’s a statement. I stop near the bar, turn, strike my glass with a knife and let my voice carry without force. “Detroit doesn’t get handed things. It earns them.” Heads turn. The room listens. “This city belongs to Godfather-Chairman SlimRagnarok, and I want it said clearly,,,, this club opens because he allowed it. His authorization, his trust, his city. That respect will always be honored within these walls.” A beat. Then steady. “And to my Don, Jezabel,,,, thank you for granting me the freedom to expand my enterprises. Your confidence in me is the foundation this place stands on, and I intend to justify it every day this club’s doors are open.” I gesture slowly around the room. “Black Label Detroit isn’t about noise or flash. It’s about discretion, loyalty, and opportunity. A place to conduct business, share a drink, and know the people beside you stand for something.” I raise my glass, not high, just enough. “To Detroit. To leadership. To family.” |

Bricks walked in to The Black Label Social Club and grinned. "This is the place Mafiosis will come to to wind down and do business for generations to come. He ordered a double Canadian Whiskey and one for Zack. "To the Black Label!" he shouts and all raised their drinks in unison |

I, Enricho, walk in, still aquainting myself with the city of Detroit and all it has to offer. After inspecting the plaquard on the wall which is the transcription of the night this bar was solidified in Detroit's history, I announce to all who've gathered: "Detroit will see prosperity under the Skatter Crew once again! I, Enricho, shall take the saying: 'To Detroit, To Leadership, To family!' and Enricho shall show detroit exactly what that means! I scan the room and come across a familiar face. He must be in town on some business, maybe we can find a hit together, make some cash and form a bond with a family that'll welcome us to their city. As I scuffle over, I an ounce: "Mr. Bricks! It has been some time since I've seen you, what brings you to this fine city?" As I get to the bar, I lean in and ask the bartender for two of what Bricks is drinking. "Say, I've heard there may be some banks around with lax security. I, Enricho, would like to propose we take a stroll and split the cash. What do you say?" As the drinks arrive, I hold my glass up, "Salut, good friend!" |

Bruiser pulls up in his caddie and notices a large crowd lined up outside waiting to get in. For a moment Bruiser had a flash back of being a young child and his father bringing him to this club. Bruiser always enjoyed sitting at the far end of the bar watching his father perform. His father was one of the best guitarists this city had ever seen. Smooth with his transitions, sharp with his tone and an absolute beast with his solos. Bruiser smiled as he remembered the waitresses always coming by to check on him and flirting with him. "Jeeze that was embarssing" Bruiser thought to himself before getting out of the car. G-G-G-G-GGood Evening Mr. Bruiser, one of the sharp dressed bouncers manning the velvet rope said as Bruiser approached. Hey Paulie. Looks like it's going to be a busy evening, Bruiser said as he patted Paulie on the shoulder as he passed by. Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Yes s-s-s-s-sirr, Paulie said as he fastened the velvet rope back in place. As Bruiser makes his way to the VIP room upstairs, he spots BricksMalone and Enricho chatting near the bar. He had heard of these gentlemen around town. Bruiser walks over and shakes each one of their hands and motions to the waitress. Tonight, their drinks are on the house honey, capeesh?! The waitress nodded her head and returned to the bar. Enjoy your evening guys, this is my place now and you are always welcome here. If you need me, you can usually find me upstairs in the VIP room if I'm in town. |
