We will be making significant changes starting on the 1st to shape the experience more towards the user experiences that have been shared with me.  Now is your time to shape it into how you want it.

What do you want to do as a crewleader.

If we were to redo the experience for crewleaders, and I mean, imagine if we scrapped the whole thing, explain how -you- would do it.

Submit to me via mail a back alley thread, it can be by you, a group of you(s), shared public, or kept 100% private to me.

What constraints/features should be done via code, and what should be left open for the users to do on their own.

It can be as simple as bullet point macro level tweet lengths, or a full on master's thesis.

(There's only one rule, for everything you remove or suggest be altered, explain how your replacement addresses the problem, or if the problem is no longer relevant, then say what other factor negates the problem)
