OK, this might be hard to code, but I think it could be a good feature.

How about the whisper someone hears when they are killed is the first posting at their funeral?  For realism it could be a journalist report stating "A witness reports hearing a man shout **** before the fatal shots were fired"

This would create a buzz around funerals, speculation and a bit of fun and mystery.

At first I mis-understood what you meant; I thought you wanted their whisper to be whatever someone posted at the funeral! I realise now though, you want the whisper to be quoted in the funeral as the first response?

I'd have to say I don't see the need for it, really. Alternatively id rather the whisper was shown in the Witness Statements again like it used to be a long long time ago.
