Dean standing out of his new headquarters thought it may be time to address what's been going on in the city of angels. So he grabbed his trusty soapbox and started puffing on a cigarette before speaking as is custom around these parts.

" Welcome friends and family.. and BigEasy. I thought it about time I came out to the streets again to speak on matters. As many of you know a certain someone fell asleep with a lit cigarette in their mouth and burned down our last home. It's taken us a while to get our new headquarters build, but now that it is I'll be taking back over operations in Los Angeles. Firstly, we will be known as just The Dean Collective now. Since our first headquarters was burned down I feel I may have been sending the wrong kinda of message to my members. So please let's not set this one ablaze my friends. Secondly I was to thank my dear friend Geralt, without his effort to hold the ship together during the rebuilding phase this wouldn't have gone nearly as smoothly as it has. So thank you my friend for always being there when I need you, it's rare to have a friend you can count on and I'm grateful to you. Lastly as many of you know I recently ran the gulag, I did this to be able to take the position of Godfather Chairman back with honor. I felt it inappropriate to sit on my hands for a month then just pop back up, so I went to Philly where the warm eared comrades live and I under went their ritual."

Dean takes a puff off his cigarette very dramatically for a cinematic pause. 

"Los Angeles it's good to be back, you may think we're back to business as usual but that's not true. Because yall know how we get down in LA we're back to the unusual, weird antics that would probably make the rest of the country cringe but we don't care. Stay weird Deans."
