Interlude, with Eala, Kiel, and the rest of the 12th Street Swan Hunters by his side, stepped out of the Swan Hunter HQ to address the crowd that had formed at the news of Godfather SlimRagnaroks retirement.

Friends, it is with a heavy heart that I must announce that the great Godfather-Chairman SlimRagnarok has retired from the Mafia life. Slim was a great man by every measure, and his achievements speak for themselves. He was a friend to many, and his presence I'm sure, will be missed dearly by all here today. Myself especially.

Slim's final wish before departing was for the 12th Street Swan Hunters to continue on and serve Detroit under my powerful and competent leadership. Those were his exact words. And, in his infinite wisdom, our Petite Emperor LittleSi has ordained that we make it so.

We will continue to honor Big Slim's works as well as, of course, the Detroit tradition of unconditional muggings. We will maintain our 100%, completely voluntary, attendance rating at every Big Si Day parade, and we will stay wary of the rising tides of communism. 

We also acknowledge the hard work, trust, and restraint that it has taken from Mafia leaders around the nation for this thing of ours to be in such a stable state. We endeavor to honor and contribute to this stability.
