I'm doing some geek shit with images and could use a little help coming up with 'what looks the best'.Long story short, an image is a 2D thing, I am tryign to apply police lights to it and have it display the light taking into account the distance of things in relation to the light source.

There are a billion combinations of ways to do this, some work great, others not so much. Sometimes it works on one image but not another, so, please click the image to get a fresh image and see if your settings work on a bunch of different samples.

You can save up to 26 different settings, when you find one that you think really works on all the images, save it as That Good Good, which signals to me that is your final vote on it.
