WHAT ARE SUPER BOWL SQUARES?
==============================================

Super Bowl Squares is a simple game of chance where you purchase squares on a 10x10 grid. Winners are determined by the score at the end of each quarter. It's all about luck - no American NFL football knowledge required!

HOW IT WORKS
==============================================

THE GRID:
- Each grid has 100 squares (10 rows x 10 columns)
- Rows represent the NFC team's score
- Columns represent the AFC team's score
- Each square costs 1 Credit OR $550,000 Cash

QUARTERS:
- There are 4 separate games: 1st Quarter, 2nd Quarter, 3rd Quarter, and Final Score
- Each quarter has multiple grids (Board A, Board B, etc.)
- You can buy squares in any quarter and any board
- Maximum 25 squares per board

THE NUMBERS:
- After squares are purchased, random numbers (0-9) are assigned to each row and column
- Your square's position determines your numbers
- Example: If you own the square at Row 3, Column 7, and Row 3 gets number "4" and Column 7 gets number "2", your square is "NFC: 4, AFC: 2"

HOW TO WIN
==============================================

Winners are determined by looking at the LAST DIGIT of each team's score:

Example for 1st Quarter:
- AFC team score: 13 (last digit: 3)
- NFC team score: 7 (last digit: 7)
- Winner: The person who owns the square at NFC: 7, AFC: 3

Each quarter pays out 100 credits to the winner!

IMPORTANT: You win based on the score AT THE END of each quarter:
- 1st Quarter = Score after Q1
- 2nd Quarter = Score after Q2
- 3rd Quarter = Score after Q3
- Final Score = Final game score

HOW TO BUY SQUARES
==============================================

SINGLE SQUARE:
1. Select a quarter tab at the top (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or Final)
2. Pick a board (A, B, C, etc.)
3. Click any green "OPEN" square on the grid
4. Choose to pay with Credits or Cash
5. Click again to confirm

BULK PURCHASE (Buy entire row or column):
1. Click on any row number (on the left side) OR column number (at the top)
2. This lets you buy ALL available squares in that row/column at once
3. Great way to increase your chances!
4. Choose Credits or Cash and confirm

IMPORTANT RULES
==============================================

- Maximum 25 squares per board (but you can buy on multiple boards!)
- Purchasing closes when the game starts
- Once you buy a square, it's yours - no refunds
- Numbers are assigned randomly after squares are sold
- Winners are paid after we sleep off the liquor
- Pay is 100 credits per grid (Regardless if you purchased with cash or credits) - Unpurchased squares at the end of the start of the game will be purchased by House so that any unfilled quarters can be game ready.

TIPS & STRATEGY
==============================================

- Some numbers are "better" than others (0, 3, 7 are common in football scores)
- BUT numbers are assigned randomly, so every square has equal chance before assignment
- Buying multiple squares increases your odds
- Buying on multiple boards gives you more chances to win

- Your squares are highlighted in RED on the grid
- Other owned squares are shown in BLUE
- Available squares are shown in GREEN
- Your total square count is shown at the top
- Winners are shown with a gold "Winner" badge

1. Buy squares (green = available)
2. Wait for game to start
3. Check scores at end of each quarter
4. Last digit of each team's score = winning square
5. Winner gets paid 100 credits automatically!
