Welcome to one and all. Welcome to the happiest place on earth! Yes, that is correct. These cities should be your eutopia or what is the point of being here? What? Did you think I was going to be talking about somewhere else? I have no idea what you could mean.. The reason i come and stand before you is because i picked up on something that was said in the coffee shops and i slightly referenced in the explanation speech of the recent bloodshed. 'Hopefully we see some leaders with integrity now' That set me thinking. We all know my mate Simon would sell his gran to be top of the VIP rankings and big G loves to 'march on' together with all his boys. But we have seen what our current leaders do and don't potentially have. Thats not a critcism just theyve been around long enough to form opinion. I am here to ask two questions. I am not saying that I will reply to this or that I will debate but I think there are questions worth asking. I also think if people dont answer these kind of questions then you cannot complain down the line this world isn't what you want it to be.. Question 1. What kind of leaders do the people actually want? This isn't a question along the lines of 'My best mate please because he is dead good' Are you looking for someone with integrity as discussed? What does that entail? Are you,the people, looking for an orator who specialises and commits to growing these streets? Are you looking for constant prescence or are you happy as long as they check in or reply to your mail diligently? Does someone need to be on these streets 12 hours a day offering mediocrity or, if they have business elsewhere, is 2 hours of top quality output more beneficial? I dont think, and sorry if you get shot for this, any of the current leaders mind you speaking here about what you would like to see from the people who lead you. They might not be able to deliver it but all feedback is surely good feedback? Moving on from that we come to question 2. Do you or do you know anyone who fits the bill of what you describe. We are all quick to pick fault with those above us but are you going to be as quick in putting your hand up to lead the world? I appreciate there is more to this than just wanting to do it but the first stage in anything is putting yourself out there to be picked. Tell the masses you want it, tell them why you should have it, tell them what you would do and why it is a decision that makes sense to leaders looking to populate these cities after the bloodshed. The key to everything we do, as business people, is look after the business. That means we have to talk, we have to make smart selections over heart selections but importantly we have to please the consumer or they find somewhere else. Be part of the solution and not the cause of a problem. I look forward to getting some healthy and respectful responses so we can get back to doing what we do best. Getting rich. |

Walt, my friend, it seems as though a rogue was paid off to bury the transcripts of your speech as to dismiss any criticisms of our leaders. Worry not! I have beaten it out of him and will attempt to spread it with our peers! You're two questions pose quite the ponder to myself and how I would like to answer them for further stipulation. I believe I can answer both within the second as my goal of leading my own crew is a passionate one. I dream of it daily and believe that my views will show what I believe our leaders should yearn to obtain. Now, My first belief and most passionate: respect. I believe in good fun. Picking on friends without taking it too far and apologizing if they say you have. Their perspective matters more than your joke. I do not believe there is any situation that cannot be talked through, but if it is too extreme.. our Godfather will make the final decision as he should and all actions forthwith MUST be taken swiftly and without remorse. Orders are orders. Following into the final statement of the last: orders are orders. If you believe your leader has fallen out of sanity, follow the orders. It is not in your best interest to fight nor go behind your leader's back even if sanity is a question. If you believe they've lost their mind, I can believe their peers believe so as well and it will be taken care of. Don't get yourself done in medling. As a leader, I would appoint my brother as right hand. He is a bit less talkative, more of the muscle side and can run product better than any I've seen. With his untalkative nature, as the crew leader, I would have an open door policy. No need to talk to my right or left hands if the issue is pertinent enough that it needs my attention. All issues are pertinent enough. Especially those of feeling unwanted or underpaid for services within the crew. I don't believe all leaders should uphold this ideology as everyone leads in different ways, however my left hand would have to be as gregarious as I to fill the void my brother would leave if I were to need a holiday. Delegations- my brother is the strategic mastermind of us. He knows where to be before he needs to be there and could make 300 Spartans look like weak children in the Narrow of Thermopylae. If you ever need a plan, that's who you'd want to talk to. As I said, my left hand would have to be as gregarious as I. Our rival crews are still our friends at the end of the day no matter what bad blood is between us at the time. We will pick them up if they need us, but make no mistake, an unforgivable act is still unforgivable. If their whole crew is at fault and we must fight, we must. Again, the final discions will always be made by our Godfather. Attentiveness to underlings- I have had the pleasure of learning the operations of two families due to a bloody war I made it out of. Both were attentive to those of us under them in a way that made me feel that the leaders care about our success and dedication to our crew and family. TruceFather wasn't as attentive, but he had TophBeifong as a right hand and she filled that gap for him perfectly. I was quickly accepted under DetroitSimon who follows a similar path, but is much more active within the ranks. Making sure we are all happy and our stomachs full. He is glorious. EIlkmilk can shove it up hi... Sorry. Getting off topic. I strive for the same type of respect in my ranks that DetroitSimon pulls from us. His left and right hands always have activities for us to join in on and we're implored to speak and become close with all of our crew mates. It is important we have unity within our ranks and that is a belief I wod take with me as well. All in all, I would believe I would like to emulate the leadership of my past and current families, mixing the best parts together and always striving for unity. And remember, if you get pickpocketted, you are obligated to mug them back. Least you look a coward. Walt! Enjoy your day |
