Bella stands outside of her new HQ in The Loop, Chicago speaking out loud to anyone who may hear her. Due to some unfortunate events, i have asked and been given permission to set up my Sanctuary here in Chicago. This Sanctuary will be the beginning of a rebuild of the destroyed streets of Chicago. Bella begins to read from her flyer.

The Philosophy of the Sanctuary

The Sanctuary of Savages lives by necessity. They do not seek out chaos, they consume it. The Sanctuary is a haven for those cast out by rival clans, failed syndicates, and corrupted organizations, as long as they were useful and loyal.

The philosophy is simple:

• Sanctuary is not given, it's earned.
• Savage behavior is allowed, as long as it's done in service of the family.
• No one is left defenseless once sworn in.

Savagery is not mindless violence, but rather a discipline of brutality, reserved for those times when rational thought failed.

When hope runs dry.
When loyalty fails.
When survival is the only currency left.

The Sanctuary answers.

Bella then slams the flyer onto the brick wall beside her and stabs a knife through it. Before, she turns and heads into the Sanctuary.
