*A couple weeks ago an older man walks down the streets and notices a young man stealing money out of the purses and wallets of men and women at fruit stands without them even noticing...he then does a smirk as the young man runs toward his way..he then stops the man and talks to him...the young man has a scared look on his face but the older man just smiles and let him go saying*

hello there kid, i saw what ya did and no i'm not a snitch.....but i see potential in ya and am offer to make ya a deal....so what ya say....(the young man has a curious face upon him saying)tell me more...the older man says i want you to stop the pick-pocketing and come work for me as an associate to the family...(the young man ask the older man...) what type of associate...(the older man says) don't worry about that for now..just meet me at this address in Chicago in a hour...(the young man says)...i'm not doing anything until you tell me who you are....(the older man) ~laughs~ he says you got guts kid, but i like your spunk..he then goes to say but excuse the manners young-blood...my name is Nathan...Nathan-Lance..but Lance is what they call me.....(the young man) well my name is Barky but you can call me Barky and what they call me is Barky...(Lance with a smirk on his face then goes into a tense smile saying)...alright smart #&@...you just better meet me in a hour...(Barky runs off saying in the wind) okay see ya in a hour....

An hour past:

Barky walks into the building where he is to meet Lance withan arkward look on his face because he is wondering why he was just frisked at the gate and why so many people are out guarding the yard and such....Barky looks down the hall way to see only one room at the far end of the hall..he walks slowly as in terror of whats in the room or better yet who? (Barky gets to the door and knocks)(a man opens the door looking like a bodyguard) Barky looks at Lance as he looks upon Barky and starts the introduction of all attendees....Lance introduces himself first and says..."a kid lil did ya know...im the right hand of this family..so allow me to introdue the others for ya...here to ya left glancing out the window is the head of this family and our boss Cory Chase..and over here behind you is the Left hand of the family Jin" and now just so you know..we are ya family along with those people you saw on your way into this room..they dont always do what they just did ,but ya know..i wanted you to get first hand of all the family and what is required of you when needed and that is this..."You will be asked hands down from this family to fill and do what every duties are needed to help the family succeed and that goes for us too"....Lance then tells Barky..your first job is to make some money through drug runs...now run on out of here and handle ya business...(Barky then says) thank you all and i wont let ya down (leaves quickly)
